The condo was cute, clean, and comfy. I don't think the photos due it justice! Its next door to a bar/restaurant with the BEST tacos I've ever had. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Your also within walking distance to several great restaurants. Less than a 5 min drive to the beach and bars. I would definitely re-book here! The ladies and I had so much fun exploring Rincon and everyone we encountered was super kind.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

I have stayed here on numerous ocassions and always return because of the price, location, and condo ammenities. The owner, Alma, is very attentive and recommends great places to visit. I would, and have, recommended this property to friends and they have enjoyed their stay here as well. I have compared other condos and find that this one is very inexpensive and spacious, whether for a big family or a couple. It's a great getaway and Rincon is a charming town. I can't wait to visit again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: My wife works in the pharmaceutical industry and I work in the beverage industry. We try to come down there as often as we can with our 4 year old son.
Why the Owner Chose Rincon:
We discovered Rincon by accident and fell in love with this quite surf town. If you want a relaxing vacation to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is it.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
We enjoy relaxing at the beach and taking in the surf. We do check out a few of the restaurants, but after a day of surfing, nothing is better then kicking back, cooking some food at home and having a cerveza or two!
The property is only 1 mile from the beach and 5 minutes or less from the center of town, horseback riding, jet skiing, fishing charter boats and more.
