  After weeks of online searches for a property to stay at with the only requirement of having a beautiful beach right outside our front door, my family and our very close friends and their family decided to book our reservation for this beautiful home in Gulf Breeze, Florida. It was absolutely wonderful and more amazing than I ever anticipated. The owner of this beautiful home was always available for any questions we had prior to booking, the days leading up to our arrival and throughout our trip once we arrived. Once we arrived, all of us were blown away at how absolutely breath taking this home was and I will definitely say the pictures on the website are impossible to show how beautiful every detail of this property is on the inside and out. It is a perfect location with more than enough space to accommodate our family, friends and our kids. The beach is just yards away and in a perfect location to allow privacy for a full day of enjoying days at the ocean and just minutes away for outdoor activities or a quick trip to the store and shopping. We para-sailed, rented jet skis, took private surf lessons, went on a guided fishing trip, spent a half day at the nearby naval air museum, had plenty of great restaurants to choose from when we didn't feel like cooking, but most of all we just enjoyed spending time relaxing at the house and beautiful white sands beach with spectacular clear ocean water and the perfect amount of waves to boogie board and snorkel for hours on end collecting shells and building sand castles. I will most definitely be returning for our family vacation to this location and home again next year and would highly recommend anyone who wants to enjoy a wonderful family vacation to do the same. The property was extremely clean, included all the appliances you would need for cooking, has beautiful well kept furniture with extremely comfortable beds in each room and did not only meet, but exceeded my expectations. Thank you so very much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home and we will always and forever cherish all the memories we made with our friends and family during our stay here.

  Our two families stayed here for a week and there was plenty of room for everyone. Multiple levels made it much more quiet to take an afternoon nap without the kids disturbing us! Good distance from the beach (just across the street) - and the pool gave the kids something extra to do. It was a good location for us since we didn't want to be where it was congested - but still close to everything. Will definitely consider this place again when we return to the area with mulitple families.

  This is an excellent beach house for family with kids or all-adult getaway! This house is beautiful, and it is outfitted with things you don't see in rentals - beautiful, dark hardwood floors, All Clad pots / pans, nice washer / dryer with large laundry room, coffee maker, +++. Also, we really enjoyed the sound system in the house so I could easily plug in my iphone / Pandora the whole week! Everything seems very "new" here, NICE!! The beach was outstanding - beautfiul, clear water, and the location is very private - not lots of people around on either side, this is a residential area and not packed! For kids, house was full of fun, from the pool, to the playscape, to all the extras - boogie boards and kid toys in the garage, to the Wii and a dollhouse in the downstairs game room, excellent! FIVE STAR VACATION HOUSE!! Owner was accessible via email before and during our stay, I would highly recommend this house to ANYONE going to the Pensacola area!! :)

  Excellent location and very nice for a rental. Unlike other rentals on this beach (and we've been to quite a few), this house had a fair amount of essentials like toilet paper, coffee filters, paper towels, hand and dish soap, etc. The owner was also very accessible and easy to work with. My only caveat would be that this house, like most of the nicer homes in this area, is not for people that have problems climbing stairs. For us this was a great house for a family vacation!

  My family and I stayed for one outstanding week at this beautiful house and absolutely loved it! Breathtaking views every morning from every room, morning coffee on the deck watching the sun rise for another sun kissed day. Playing on the beach then jumping in the pool, jacuzzi at night with a bottle of wine...fantastic! My kids (teenagers) requested to go back this summer instead of Mexico they liked it so much...and trust me... That says it all! HIGHLY RECOMEND!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  The house is located in the Calle Hermosa development on the furthest edge that allows for a vantage point of privacy and a little distance from the influx on a busy holiday weekend. Easily escape to the beach with a quick jaunt across the street then enjoy all of the luxuries including: cable, wireless internet, a beautifully adorned kitchen, spacious and sumptuously decorated bedrooms. We brought our 4 year old who loved every minute of playing in and around the house while Mom & Dad loved hanging out on the master bedroom balcony enjoying the beautiful weather. My only complaint is that we were not able to stay for a longer time.
