You will experience the oxygen rich air of the rain forest as you gaze at the deep, blue, Caribbean Sea. Its location and proximity to all the best parts of St. Croix is unmatched. At 780 feet above sea level and lying on the edge of the rain forest you will experience tropical elegance at its finest.
The house is a custom built 2500 square foot, 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with cedar walls, and Mexican saltillo tile floors. A custom chefs kitchen is equipped to handle any culinary delight. A 10 x 40 covered lanai boasts exceptional valley and ocean views. The pool is surrounded by cool tile decking and has ample room for entertaining.
The master bedroom, located upstairs, has a King size bed, flat screen TV, private bath, his and hers sinks, jacuzzi tub, air conditioning, and its own covered deck.
Downstairs are the remaining two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry facility, living room, dining room and kitchen. The bedrooms each have queen beds, one with access to the 10 x 40 deck and air conditioning. The living room has a full entertainment center with a 47 inch Plasma TV, Satellite access, a DVD player, and air conditioning. The dining area is equipped with a round Mahogany table seating four. Additional seating is located at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and cherry cabinets with marble counter-tops and a gas stove. In addition, there is a microwave, deep freezer, and wine cooler. The downstairs bathroom also has a jacuzzi tub and there is a full size, front load, washer and dryer in a hidden closet.
The house has ample parking and is not close to a major road or highway (very quiet).
The nearby attractions include Carambola golf course, scuba diving, hiking, beaches and much more.

About the owner: My wife and I built this home and are currently engaged in other activities. My wife is currently getting her PhD and is away from the islands. I travel back and forth to run my Sport Fishing business and work per diem for various Helicopter outfits as a pilot. We have two beautiful children who were raised on the island.
