  My two duaghters and I rented this condo for a two week mother-daughter getaway and it was perfect. The location is the best: near the tennis courts, the pool/hot tub steps away, and a gorgeous view of the golf course to wake up to each morning. The place was very clean and exceptionally well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and the furnishings tasteful. I especially appreciated the nice padded outdoor furniture. I've rented many units at Mesquite and very few offer this. April is a great time to go. The weather was good and we had the pool practically to ourselves! All in all, a great vacation.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We just returned from Palm Springs. We stayed at this property for two weeks and it was wonderful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The owners were so easy to work with and made sure we had everything. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there and plan to return.

  Very comfortable, clean, fully equipped condo right on the the beautiful golf course. great walking paths, very nice pools, & well maintained grounds. Minutes to downtown Palm Springs. We loved our stay & will be staying there again soon. Have stayed in many different condos in Palm Springs & this is our favorite!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, highlighted by the wonderful views of golf course and mountains. Also, the owner was close by to quickly tend to our needs. Great location--close to everything needed by a vacationer. Arriving Jan.20th,2012, we had 40 wonderful,sun-filled days here.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  Incredible, unobstructed views of the San Jacinto Mountains, Bob Hopes house and golf course all from the patio. Unit is well appointed and comfortable. Pool and Tennis are just steps away. Great location and close enough to downtown PS to walk or ride bikes. Landlord is great and very easy to work with. Our family and friends have stayed here on more than one occasion and are looking forward to coming back.

  I've stayed in this particular unit on several locations in April and May. It is in great shape, well-maintained, and offers the perfect location for exploring the Palm Springs area. The pools are numerous and never crowded. Tennis, golf and biking/jogging trails are right outside your door. Great restaurants in the area as well. Pomme Frite, Shanghai Reds and the seafood place next door to Shanghai's are all excellent. I'll be heading back. R. Edwards - Geneva Switzerland

  We have stayed at this condo 4 times in as many years. We keep coming back because of its wonderful location on the golf course, close proximity to pool and quiet setting. The mountain and fairway views are fantastic.
