An absolute delight! I spent a month in this charming Scott Finch cottage and had a wonderful, relaxing time surrounded by this artistic home away from home - obviously the interior was designed by a pro. Everyone made me feel welcome, George, Rita, Eulele, & Jackie - thanks for helping make my visit a nice one. So many things to do in this area and it's easy to get there from Arnaudville - the country roads and highways are in good condition and convenient. A fun way to experience the local French culture.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We were very surprised and pleased with our stay at Maison Des Artistes. It's an adorable and quaint little cottage and the decorations with local artwork really gave it a nice touch. The only downside was the fact that we were able to hear the noise from the other connecting cottage through the back entrance, but that wouldn't stop us from staying here again, that's how adorable this place is!! Jackie was very helpful and we were also greeted at the cottage by a few folks who were very sweet and eager to meet us. We could tell that this place means a lot to them and they have really worked at making it cozy, quaint and comfortable. I would highly recommend Maison Des Artistes and will be staying here whenever we are in the area! Oh, and it was right across the road from a great little restaurant named Myran's that was always busy, probably because their boiled crawfish was so delicious!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
