Absolutely gorgeous aproximately 2,300 square foot home that features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a den with a brand new queen size leather sleeper sofa (Perfect for kids). This beautiful home also has a very LARGE custom pool. We are located behind the gates of a wonderful community called 'The Esplanade' which is a very quiet and safe gated community. The Esplanade is conveniently located near all major shopping and restaurants as well as freeway close. This home will accommodate 6 to 8 guests very comfortably.
The home features a master bedroom with king size bed and sliding glass doors that open up to a beautiful and stunning back yard. The master bedroom also features an extra large walk in closet and master bathroom with shower and separate tub. The two additional bedrooms located on the opposite side of the house offer brand new queen beds along with new bedroom furniture and there is a brand new queen leather sleeper sofa in the office/den.
The lush private backyard is great for lounging in or around the pool or having a BBQ. You'll also appreciate the additional shade provided by the 35 ft. retractable awning which covers most of the rear patio. There several varieties of palm trees throughout the property as well as a very giving key lime tree. The pool and spa are state of the art salt-water pebble tech. This pool actually stretches an amazing 50 plus ft. in length and 26 plus ft. wide with a huge spa that easily seats 8 adults very comfortably. Our pool also boasts an absolutely amazing swim up bar under a large waterfall with 5 in-pool seats which are comfortably spaced out as seen in the pictures. There are also 4 other smaller waterfalls along the rock wall running along the length of the pool. You will also enjoy the three 32” LCD flat screen TV's that are mounted up under the Palapa which can be easily viewed either from the in pool bar or inside the Palapa. The custom pool and spa are adjacent to the Palapa which contains a state of the art industrial and professional Alfresco brand BBQ /w light, Alfresco bartender sink, Alfresco dual gas burners, refrigerator and food warming bins. Also under the Palapa you’ll find (4) brand new captain (Swivel) chairs with very thick comfortable padding. The upper patio also has all brand new patio furniture which includes a porcelain dining table which seats 6 plus a small cocktail table /w 2 additional chairs and 4 lounge chairs /w 2 drink tables for laying out by the pool.
Please come and enjoy this home with an open air floor plan and a backyard unlike any other in the desert. This home is super clean and has granite counter-tops, new carpet, new paint, new porcelain floor tile, and all brand new furniture throughout the home. Ceiling fans are installed in every room to include the outdoor Palapa. The home also has a fireplace in the living room and state of the art appliances in the kitchen.

Our family had a terrific time at this property. The house is very well appointed with nice attention to detail. The house is super clean and new. The best part of the property is the fabulous pool and outdoor area. Our kids loved the pool. The outdoor kitchen (palapa) and dining area was fantastic. My kids we thrilled to be able to watch television and still be in the pool at the same time! :) The owners were very friendly and easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend this property.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The owners take extremely good care of this property and their pride in it is apparent. The living space is well laid out, comfortable, updated, and clean. Technology is great with plenty of TV's and wireless internet. Kitchen is very workable and has everything you could possibly need for entertaining. Neighborhood is quite and safe and lawn and pool of house are maintained on a regular basis. Our children loved the pool and the sun deck allowed for our youngest to play in a foot of water until he learned how to swim (6 hours later!). Lights in the pool and cabana allowed for pleasant dinners outside under the moon. Bottom line...house is great...owners could not be more honest and accommodating (Priority mailed my son's stuffy kitty that he sleeps with which we accidentally left behind) and we will definitely stay here on our next trip to the Palm Springs area.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
