No vehicle necessary. If you do decide to bring a vehicle there is one parking space. You will enjoy this quiet condo while being in the middle of the action. This is a two story, two bedroom condo. Two flights of stairs to the middle of Historic Downtown's Main Street and across the street from the famous 'Quitting Time' ski-run. You couldn't ask for a better vacation.

My fiancé, myself, and another couple just returned home from a long weekend of snowboarding in Park City. We all loved the condo - everything is brand new and very clean. We wanted to rent a place where we could walk to everything, and this that place. The location is perfect. It is directly across from a flight of stairs that lead to the Quittin' Time run and a flight of stairs in the opposite direction that lead to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping of Main Street. Also, the condo owner is so responsive and helpful. I would recommend this condo to anyone, and I hope to return next year!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I just stayed in this perfect condo. It was more than I could have hoped for. I didn't need a car because everything is so close. I enjoyed the short (two flights of stairs) to main street. To top it off everything is bran new. I loved biking right outside my door. The house is roomy yet comfortable and I can't believe how close the ski slopes are. I can't wait to come back in the winter.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
