A Stunning 4BR/3BA villa with luxury furnishing, wonderful water and sunset view from private pool and spa, is located at the most desirable 'High Grove' community, a gated community off intersection of US 27 and Rt 192, just 10 minutes to Disney world and seconds to nearby 24-hour Super Walmart and other shops.
The one-story luxury villa has a unique Mediterranean style with the classic red tile roof and beautiful brick paves in the pool area. It comes with all the expected modern amenities including 4 bedrooms (2 king sized master suites), 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating through-out, 5 televisions all with cable service in living room and each bedroom.The luxury southwest facing screened pool and spa can be fully heated, has a screened lanai and eating area, plenty of sun shines and gorgeous water view and sunset view at evening. High Grove Community: : The High Grove Community is one of the most beautiful and unique communities in the orlanda area, with a beauteful meditterrean feel to it. The clubhouse is kept in immaculate condition for guests. Movies are regularly played during the evenings. A full size pool table is available if you want to challenge your skills against other guests. There is a fitness room for those of you that want to keep your fitness levels up whilst on holiday. The club house also offer free wireless internet access, printer and fax, and a library of DVD's and books to borrow. There is also an outside playground for small children, a large pool for a few longer laps and a large hot tub available (includes towels!).
Convenience around:: Within easy Walking Distance there is an abundance of bars, shops and restaurants to suit everyone!! There is an newly opened Irish Bar on the doorsteps of community (but not too close as to disrupt the quiet and relaxing character of High Grove). There is also a Gator's bar, Chillies, Long John Silver within a couple of minutes walk. For the kids and all fast food lovers, you have the choice of McDonald's, Kentucky, Burger King, Taco Bell. The Cagan's Crossing Plaza has several restaurants including Chinese, a traditional American Style restaurant, Caribbean restaurant, bakers, barbers, etc, And not forgetting that there is a 24 hours Wal-Mart even within walking distance (1/4 of a mile).
Especially for golfer:: There are over 20 courses to be found within a 20 mile radius including the award winning Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve and the Greg Norman designed Champions gate courses. When you add all year round sunshine to the variety of golf courses you will find Orlando hard to beat as a base for that perfect golfing holiday. Courses are very competitively priced. Included in the prices are your buggy and course guide. Even the lower priced courses are worth a play. You can even hire clubs and shoes at many of the courses instead of taking your own equipment on holiday. This was our first ever VRBO, sight unseen, rental and the experience was just fabulous. Dealing with Leeza was easy and she made us feel confident that this rental would be painless.... and it was. The home was exactly as depicted on VRBO and was a quiet location in a gated community, close to shopping, and offered all the amenities of home. Our Granchildren loved the pool and games room and the villa is so close to Disney that it takes away any stress of getting to the park. Definitely a highly recommended villa for a pleasant holiday in Central FloridaRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

this home was great. It was huge, clean, well maintained, and more beautiful than the pictures could show. unfortunately we were there during tropical storm debbie, but we made the best of it, and it stopped raining by tuesday afternoon. this is a home i would definitely recommend for anyone i know to rent. This property is exactly as shown, beautiful bungalow,clean, bright, well maintained and certainly there was everything we needed, to enjoy our stay. The location was great, in a gated community, well within driving distance to Disney, Sea World, great shopping malls, and affordable good golfing. If your holiday involves these activities, I would recommend this property.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The house is in a great place. Quick access to 27 and 192 but still a quite oasis. Very close to Disney and had a lot of activities, restaurants and shopping around. The only thing we would have done differently during our stay was to have the pool heating. We didn't do that and the water was a bit chilly in the evening even with pool blanket on all day. Otherwise, we would have enjoyed the water and sunset view more comfortably. The house was cleaning and game room was great. Just don't let kids addicted to the Wii games!! Overall, we are very satisfied with the staying and would most definitely stay again next time and recommend it to anyone else thinking of visiting the park and/or do golf.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
