Private, quiet, and open, this light-filled retreat has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 remodeled bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. Including a laundry room with new washer and dryer, a sixty inch large-screen TV, Cable TV, Wi-Fi broadband internet, even music and movie libraries for the CD player and DVDs.
The new 60” HDTV in the living room has a DVDs. Comfortable seating abounds for game day parties.
The fully-equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and offers all you need for cooking, baking and serving, right down to service for 16.
The large bedrooms feature upscale linens and down pillows plus many extras. We put ourselves in your place and included everything anyone would want on vacation.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed while the guest bedroom has both a queen size and twin bed.
Provided are a hair dryer, curling iron, shampoo, conditioner, Tide, coffee, condiments, spices, and much more. Filtered water is available in the new fridge.
Pack only your shorts, clubs and a toothbrush, then come enjoy this special getaway—who knows, you just may return every year, like several of our guests.
NOTE: This community requires that one occupant must be at least 55.

We enjoyed our 2+ months in this home. The location was great for us and the home had lots of room for family visits and friends. We loved feeding the quail in the beautiful back yard. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and the owners were very accommodating. We would certainly recommend this property.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We arrived to a very large, very well furnished, clean and accommodating home. Everything was clean, up to date and extremely comfortable!! This is a very well maintained community, which includes activities for everyone. The owners were very accomodating and easy to work with on any details. Definitely recommend this property.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is a great home in Sun City. It is in a wonderful location, very quiet. The amenities are great. All you would ever want in a home is here (plus a hot tub and barbeque)! It is extremely close to the clubhouse area with golf; bowling; racket ball; tennis; swimming and lap pools; walking pool; classes in stained glass, woodworking, and metals; and pickle ball courts. I am not even sure I have remembered them all. You can relax in the home, or get out and play close by. It is very clean and well-cared for. It is a great home to stay in for a week or several months.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
