Sunspot Villa is rented with a cook, houseman and chambermaid. Golf is available at the Breezes course; only a three-minute walk. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Enjoy home cooked meals prepared by our caring and experienced staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunspot villa. In general, everything was pretty much as described; the villa is very nice and spacious, the grounds are beautiful and the pool and beach are perfect for the whole family. The staff were very helpful and took great care of us. The local food dishes that were prepared were delicious. And, being able to dine outside while looking out at the ocean was wonderful. We also really liked our nanny. Her help certainly made our stay a more relaxing one! The owner is extremely helpful in co-ordinating transportation, groceries and any special request you may have. His efforts definitely made our stay a fantastic one. We hope to visit Sunspot again some day.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

We just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful stay at Sun Spot. You have a wonderful staff who took great care of us. The grounds are so pretty, and Wilson is so dedicated and meticulous in his job, you could tell there was heart and commitment there that way transcends "I'm just doing my job." Sharon is a fabulous cook and person. Very nurturing and caring. Kalisha is extremely sweet and has such a wonderful grace about her. Together, they make a wonderful team that have mastered the art or taking care of you by being present, and invisible at the same time. You were also so great to work with. Thanks for everything. It was our second time staying at this villa. We stayed there four years ago. I can honestly say the staff was excellent both times. The condition of the villa was not how we remembered it four years ago. The place is still very nice but is in need of some TLC. If the staff remains the same, I would consider a return visit in a couple of years. Sharon, Elva and Wilson are top notch.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children.

My grandfather built Sunspot Villa in Runaway Bay, Jamaica. My grandmother spent every winter there for many years, and truly loved the people and country of wonderful Jamaica. It is truly a pleasure for us to have been able to rent our family property to guests from all over the world over the past 40 years.
