Our privately owned vacation home is located just 35 minutes from the Phoenix Airport in the prestigous Gold Canyon East community with views of both Dinosaur and Superstition Mountains. Enjoy the serenity and views from the backyard oasis which features a salt water pebble tec pool, palm trees, cactus and flowering plants. Hummingbirds, cardinals, doves, woodpeckers and other native birds are frequent visitors.
This home is surrounded by two world-class golf courses -Sidewinder and Dinosaur Mountain. Dinosaur has been ranked the #1 public golf course in Arizona multiple times. Gold Canyon offers all the ammenities including restaurants, banking, grocery stores, and an urgent care medical facility. It is only a 15 minute drive to shopping malls and most major big box stores (i.e. Costco, Lowe's, Walmart, etc.).
Our 4 bedroom bungalow has been recently renovated with new ceramic tiling and carpeting, bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and washer and dryer. The kitchen is complete with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, cookware and dinnerware, and six person dining room table with additional counter seating.
The home is equipped with 5 flat screen TVs and DVD players, including a 60' HD LCD TV with PVR in the family room. The spacious master bedroom includes vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, king-size bed, 40' HD TV with PVR, full bathroom ensuite with double vanity and private entrance to the patio. Bedrooms two and three include new queen pillow-top beds and TVs. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a unique 28' basketball shaped TV. Bathrooms are equipped with linens and hair dryers.
Wireless high speed internet and unlimited long distance within US and Canada are also included.

The welcoming bottles of wine from the owner was the beginning of a wonderful vacation in this well equipped 4 bedroom bungalow. All the amenities and finishing touches spoke to the quality and attention to detail that the owners had placed in making our stay very enjoyable and worry free. Exceptionally clean and organized, there nothing for us to do but relax and enjoy. Thank you again! R&CRecommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We (8 of us) have just returned from a lovely one week stay at this rental property. It has all the amenities of home and then some. This newly decorated, immaculate home is fully equipped with four spacious bedrooms, flat screen TVs with Direct Satellite and DVD players in each room, high speed WiFi, BBQ, patio furniture and lounge chairs, inground private pool and as an added touch a good supply of DVDs and games to play. Sitting out by the pool listening to the birds at the many feeders was so peaceful and the views of Dinosaur and Superstition Mountains quite spectatular. The area of Gold Canyon has much to offer including championship Sidewinder and Dinosaur golf courses, many hiking trails, shopping, restaurants (must try Hitching Post for pizza) and within short distances are Canyon Lake where you can rent a boat, Apache Trail, Tonto National Park and Sedona is just a two hour drive and breathtaking. If you are visiting in February/March, the Renaissance Festival is a must see just a few minutes away (don't forget to dress up in costume). This was our first vacation to Phoenix and the Gold Canyon area and we were pleasantly surprised at all there is to see and do and would highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

What a terrific holiday. Your home was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the peace and privacy as well as the private pool.
