Casa Flores is tucked away on a quiet street just a block off the main street. It is a recently-constructed, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that is modern, clean and comfortable. Beautiful backyard swimming pool with solar-heating fountain; backs onto open space, overlooking a beautiful jungle field with horses, goats, many species of birds (binoculars provided for bird-watching enthusiasts) and a historical museum ruin - just beyond that is the beach; scenic golf course with elevated tees, stone bridges and ocean views; medium-sized combination safe with room for laptops, cameras and personal items accessed by your personal code; comfortable lounge chairs and hammock on back patio by the pool; outdoor brick grill, and table and chairs out on the patio for outdoor dining; upstairs balcony with views of the open-space by day and great star-gazing by night; private upstairs master suite complete with bathroom and walk-in closet.
It is just a 5-minute walk from Casa Flores to the beach, past local restaurants and shops. San Pancho is a delightful village. It is peaceful and safe, but big enough that there are plenty of great restaurants and shops. It's easy to get here from the Puerto Vallarta airport, just a 45-minute drive through a beautiful tropical jungle corridor, to our little beach town. Beyond all the high-rise, all-inclusive resorts, you will find all the best of Mexico. The beach here is never crowded, and the three little beach bars offer a perfect vantage point for enjoying the stunning sunsets you can see daily. San Pancho is a great community of friendly people who value the opportunity to meet new people, and they will welcome you with open arms. San Pancho is a place that will stay in your heart forever.

Loved the house; very well equipped; 5 minute walk from the beach and any bar/restaurant. Totally recommended; would stay there again without a doubt.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home! The house is so spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. I enjoyed reading a book picked from the shelf by the open back doors on many a quiet morning. The location was so convenient to shops, restaurants, and the beach that we never regretted not renting a car. On the two occasions that we decided to venture out and explore other villages, taxis were easy to find and very affordable. We quickly met the friendly neighbors and shopkeepers and enjoyed eating at the local restaurants. Every meal was wonderful. We even cooked a couple of meals, as the kitchen contains all of the pots, pants, and utensils that one could ever need. The Owner and Property Manager were both very responsive. We didn't have many questions while in the house because everything had been so well outlined and explained in advance. The house was immaculate when we arrived and was cleaned once (beautifully) during our stay. Our only regret was not visiting the community center, Entre Amigos, earlier in the week so that we could have taken advantage of the class offerings. We will be sure to do so next time, which we plan to be sooner rather than later!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This beautiful house is situated just a couple of blocks off the town's very picturesque main street. A short walk gets you to numerous services and a wonderful selection of excellent restaurants; a few more minutes walking brings you to the beach, which is very long and not at all crowded. Margaritas at one of the beach bars seems to be a town tradition--you can sit and watch the sunset. A "can't miss" vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The house is a great stay. You will love it. No problems. Nice open high ceilings, clean and nicely maintained. Home has everything extra you need - washer / dryer, air conditioned in bedrooms, although when I was there no air conditioning was needed because the back yard and living room never got direct sunlight and there was a great refreshing cool breeze blowing though the house all the time. Back yard view very nice. Nice little walk into town, to the ocean beach, community center, shopping. Very friendly town. Wonderful live music in town or at the beach almost every night, and very good restaurants / food (never had a bad meal - most meals over the top).Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family of three had a lovely week-long stay at Casa Flores in charming San Pancho. The house was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. It is situated just off the main street, where we found many great places to eat, and is an easy walk from the beautiful and quiet beach. We were also pleased upon arrival to see that the house has a good security system, although after spending some time in San Pancho we realized it is a very safe and friendly community with a real mix of locals, expats, and visitors. The "kids" bedroom at the front of the house did have some noise at night from local dogs, but the other bedrooms are at the back of the house and were quiet. Overall, a very nice stay in a neat part of Mexico!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I've had occassion to stay at Casa Flores twice, I loved it so much! This is a clean, zen-like retreat for anyone who wants to get away from it all or go out and socialize. The view out the house is beautiful and the privacy of this house is actually what I preferred to being on the beach. I spent the first 3 days just sitting and looking out at the beautiful area that backs up to the house. Birds from the nearby sanctuary fly by, horses and sheep graze. There really aren't many places like this to get away to anywhere! The house is comfortable, quiet and perfect for recharging your battery. I love the proximity to town and the beach. San Pancho has wonderful restaurants and great food. We saw live music almost every night we were there. The people were friendly and gracious and it was easy to get by with minimal Spanish. There is a sizable US and Canadian expat community here, so it's possible to make some wonderful friendships. The best part was being able to return to Casa Flores each night to the peace and serenity of this lovely home, decorated by an artist. The house just feels comfortable and welcoming...I can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

San Pancho is the perfect place for us. It is small and tranquil but still has lots to offer. It is easy and inexpensive for us to get here from Colorado so it made a perfect winter getaway for us. We fell in love with the town because of the wonderful community of people. We love everything about this place and plan to be here for many years.....
