This Prince Kuhio Condo is a beautiful, tastefully redecorated unit. It was immaculate and has a great modern kitchen. The king bed was very comfortable. The listing description was right on for location, however, you need to sit in the living room looking out through the Palm trees, feeling the trade winds while also looking at the ocean and the gorgeous Prince Kuhio Park. I will definately recommend this condo to family and friends. The owner Is friendly and wonderful to work with. Mahalo for the opportunity to rent this unit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

This was our first trip to Kauai and we spent a very relaxing week in this property. Had all of the amenities we needed plus some. Great location across the street from small beach with good snorkeling. Withing short walk or drive to many dining options, however, also great for cooking in. Terry and Patrice were very responsive to questions and supplied good list of local resources. Only downside were the roosters crowing early in the mornings, but it looks like that is the case everywhere on Kauai (earplugs worked fine). Will definitely check for availability here for our next trip.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We enjoyed 5 days in this wonderful little condo right across from Lawai Beach (One of the best snorkel spots on the south shore of Kauai). The condo was very clean, well maintained and comfortable and has everything you can think of that you will need during your stay. I would suggest enjoying a nice lunch (or dinner) at The Beach House Restaurant which is directly across the street from the condo complex. We also enjoyed driving over to Brennecke's which isn't too far down the road from the condo. We enjoyed our time here and would consider staying here again during a future stay to Kauai and I would definitely recommend it to others. Mahalo Terry and Patrice!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

When we arrived at the condo, we were so pleased with it's great location and amazing view of the Ocean. The condo has been very nicely updated. There is a great Ocean breeze that blows through the condo and at night the sounds of waves crashing gives the perfect end to a day filled with activities. The condo is centrally located and we walked to everything. We would recommend this condo to over and over and will stay here again for our next trip.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kauai at Prince Kuhio. This newly remodeled unit was fantastic. We went for a wedding weekend and the entire wedding group was staying at Prince Kuhio. By far our unit was the most recently redone. It was filled with all the beach items you could use. The kitchen was fully equiped. We would not hestitate to stay here again. Nice and relaxing. The condo is just a walk across the street to the beach. Cannot get more convient than that.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

At the time of booking, there were no reviews for this property. After speaking with Terry, I decided to book. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo is a little odd in the layout because it used to be a hotel. The bedroom is in the middle area with the living room beyond. No matter. Newly remodeled kitchen and bath, comfortable bed and furnishings. The building is quiet in that one side borders Price Kuhio Park. It does have a view of the ocean with a very narrow lanai--good for checking daily conditions. There is a nice ocean walkway across the street, behind the oceanfront property, that we enjoyed for sunsets and nightly walks. For us, it was more homey and relaxing than staying in the large hotel properties that line Poipu beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.
