Our family just spent a wonderful week at the condo. It was more then anything any of us could have hoped for. The condo was beautiful, great location and definetly so much better then any hotel. There were 8 of us but yet we still had our own space which was great. The balcony over looking the bay was breathtaking. We sat out there every day and actually did get to see a dolphin and a sting ray right by the shoreline. We would definetely consider staying here again. Both Phil and Cindy were great to work with and made our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you both for a great vacation.

Best Condo Suite in Clearwater Beach' Harbor View Grande # 707 Reviewed April 21, 2013NEW My husband and I spent 7 nights at the Harbor View Grande # 707 in mid-April. This Suite is, by-far, the nicest Condo /Suite on Clearwater Beach. The Pool area is beautiful and relaxing. We don't have children, but there looked to be good activities for the kids near by, The restaurants were great ( if you do not wish to cook in the Up/Scale Kitchen ,with options to sit inside or outside. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner watching the sunset at Caesars ,a short walk away from the Suite.They had a great wine list and I have to mention their bread basket - the pretzel rolls and warm multi-grain bread loaf was served with seasoned butter, which was fantastic. In addition to Caesars there are casual local restaurants near-by and right on the beach...The Pavilion was our favorite lunch spot, just a block from Harbor View Grande # 707. Our Suite # 707 was very nice, and certainly had more of a "luxury" feel than your standard Condo Suite,.it actually reminded us slightly of our honeymoon hotel room at the Four Seasons. The Intra Coastal and Gulf views were amazing.. During our stay, we arranged a kayak trip, which was a fantastic way to spend a morning! Lou and Dave were our guides, and we lucked out with a private tour that doubled as a great workout.It was a great and relaxing experience and the owners are truly pleasing and cordial individuals , Joan and Ben Griffin/Ohio Beautiful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 *****

We were very pleased with the size and condition of this unit! We also appreciated the the use of beach equipment, such as chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and cart to haul everything to the beach. The beds were very comfortable!! The exterior walk from elevator to unit was a surprise for my mother, who is afraid of heights and it is an end unit. It was a bonus to have the end unit because of views from bedrooms. Unfortunately we didn't see dolphins in the bay like many other renters did, but we did the sea screamer boat tour and had a wonderful time and saw many dolphins at two locations. We would definitely stay there again.

This was an extremely well kept condo with very nice furnishings within the unit. This condo was a secure condo with a gated entrance and was very welcoming. The views were amazing from both the front of the building and the back balcony on the intracoastal. Very nice corner unit with very nice sitting area on the balcony to relax and read a good book.... Very close proximity to shops, restaurants, beach, etc.... Would definitely come back for another visit...

This condo was just perfect. So relaxing over the Bay and a quick walk over to the beach, yet enough away that the noise was much less. We did see 2 dolphins from the balcony:) Would loved to have stayed forever. A must see!!! We will for sure be back.

we had a great time the condo was everything they told it would be. some negitives would be is it is noisy from all the trafic and the hotel across the street has a band every night that gets a little old (good if you like to party).

I wanted to take the time to express to you what a wonderful experience my family had at our recent stay at your condo. We spent the week of July 30, 2011 at this beautiful condo and can tell you right now, it's the best. We would return here in a heartbeat. It's beautiful, plenty of space, clean, conveniently located to the beach--has everything you could ever need. The balcony view is amazing. Cindy was extremely helpful. This place is even better than the fabulous pictures. Thank you for helping make our trip to Clearwater extra special.

Just getting back from our stay in your condo and it was wonderful! The views of the Gulf and the waterway are refreshing. Such a short distance to the beach and plenty of places to view the sunset and do some shopping and eating. Your condo is so beautifully furnished just as you stated and so much room for the 8 of us. Shepards right across the street was the best night life of music and dancing. A big hit restaurant was Columbia that was just over the bridge. Thanks so much for letting us rent and I hope you found the condo in as good condition as when we walked in the first time. We all thought it would be a great place to come back to. Molly

I stayed in the Condo for a whole glorious week and am so happy with my stay. My friends and I came down for a wedding and needed a place to stay and decided that we would all like to stay together. This condo was perfect for that. Close to the beach, awesome view from the balcony and a very relaxing comfortable stay all around. Everything we might have needed was available to us. My friends and I will stay there again next year!

Dear Phil, Our visit to Harbor View Grand #707 was wonderful! What a friendly and comfortable home. The location was perfect, especially since 4 of our group came via air. You have provided a lovely home away from home, and we all enjoyed our stay. The balcony was perfect for early morning coffee with the birds and sunrise, and late day drinks with the breezes and views. Dear Phil, Jon Stern told me that you wanted to know my first impression of your condo so I thought I'd take the time to write you. After 2 days of tense, very stressful bumper to bumper evacuation driving with my 92 year old Mother (who had a heart attack 3 weeks ago) and my two Bicheon dogs we finally arrived at your condo. I should first tell you that when I saw the photos of your condo on the Internet I thought it might not be large enough for my Mom's walker and wheeelchair to fit in the space. What an enormous relief and great surprise when we opened the door and found such an elegant upscale incredible roomy Condo awaiting us. It is just beautiful and so very large. The views from the balcony are so spectacular and very calming. It's a please to sit on the balcony and try to relax with a cup of steaming hot coffee. The furnishings are lovely and well coordinated. You've thought of supplying everything one needs for a very comfortable stay. I even invited my relatives to come see your gorgeous place. They too were very impressed and didn't want to go home! I can't thank you enough for renting the space to us. It's such a pleasure to have such a wonderful "home from home" to look forward to going to after work. Please don't hesitate to use me as a reference for future referrals. Best regards, Ronee

Dear Karin, The condo is very luxurious. The kitchen, dining room, and living room areas are all beautiful high grade tile in the traditional Florida/tropical type color scheme. The furniture is from better furniture stores. The decor has all of the appointments of an upscale American home. The kitchen is fully functional with dishes, silverware, garbage disposal, oven, cook top – marble countertops. You do not need to worry about need anything in there. Beyond having all of those things, the kitchen also has some nice wine glasses and amenities that you can use to have a “special night” with nicer things. In the front of the condo, as you enter, the right bedroom has two twin beds. It’s a very nice room and would work well for your sons. The furnishings in there would work well for them – again, the furniture is strong and from better furniture stores, the bed coverings are beautiful and outstanding (compared to a motel). In the front of the condo, as you enter, the left bedroom has a large king-sized bed. It’s a very nice room and would work well for your daughter. Again – same strong, beautiful furniture and fully decorated with great furnishings. Having been in other places in America, you don't find this kind of quality. The quality of the furnishings is impeccable. There is a bathroom that services these two bedrooms with a tub/shower. Also, just near the bathroom is a fully usable washer and dryer – you can do laundry if you need to… all you need to do is get soap at a grocery store. There’s no cost to running the machines – they are there for your use while you stay there. Sometimes other places charge you coins to use their machines. Here, they're new and all yours! Off of the living room to your right is a master bedroom suite – the same size as the living room and the dining room. It is awesome! Queen sized bed with pillow top mattress… balcony access from the room. (The balcony runs along the back of the condo and faces the harbor and the city lights of Clearwater.) (The front door comes in on the Gulf side of the building)… television… beautiful furniture… walk in closet to hang up your clothes… separate door to the toilet… double sink area with fine tiling… huge bathtub (I cannot remember if it had whirlpool in the tub or not – I think it did)… a beautiful tiled corner shower.

View Review Detail Exceeded Our Expectations, June 4, 2010 By Trish Hubbard (Odessa, MO USA) The condo was beautiful and more than we expected. It is laid out very well for large groups. Our group of high school seniors loved sleeping in and walking to the beach each day. In the evening we enjoyed walks along the beach to Pier 60 activities. There was so much available within walking distance our teenagers did not want to venture out to other cities nearby. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking which helped us keep costs down. Thanks for a great vacation experience.

We celebrated a rite of passage in our family in 5/ 2010 – our last summer together as our oldest daughter was heading off to college that fall. The four of us, my mom, and my wife’s “step mom” came and all six of us were impressed. The family that rents this condo has gone all out and made it a super place. They are great to deal with – very responsive and honest. It is worth every penny. (I’m a pastor of a new church start in PA, so I watch pennies.) The location is on south beach. You’re a block or two (diagonally) from the main beach – no big walk. The appointments and the natural tiling and the furniture are incredible, new, and first class. There’s a washer and dryer on site. Two bathrooms… you could live there 24:7 and you’d be living in the lap of luxury. We had a great experience all around. We’ve stayed up near the Hilton, too, and for many years would not consider the southern end. After our stay in 2007, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. (My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary this past summer and went in another direction – for awhile, though, we considered just going ourselves to the condo and staying.) Out the back of the condo, you can watch the ships come and go on the intra coastal waterway. Sun comes up on one side which you can watch from the balcony and sets outside the front door. Spectacular! My big issue with this kind of thing is trust. I trust the owner. It was “legit.” I’ve sent this email to the owner, too, so that he can field more questions. I’m glad to answer any other questions. I was just not certain from your email if you thought that I was the owner or someone who managed the place. I do not. I just love it! Jay

One of the best vacations ever!, April 8, 2010 By Trisha Smith (Goodrich, MI) We just got back from our Florida vacation and let me tell you, it was very hard to leave and go home. We loved the condo at Harborview Grande and we loved the location. The view was spectacular and the condo was nice and big (very roomy). I really loved the balconie over looking the harbor and intercoastal. It was nice to be able to walk across the street to Shepards each night and enjoy the music and dinner there. We will be back maby even next year. Was one of the best vacations ever and my kids did not want to leave to go home.

Fantastic . Fantastic Place to stay ,All amenities were of top grade .Owners have thought of everything to Champagne and Robes upon arrival to fine and rich decor .Views were magnificient .Morning coffee on the Balcony while watching a Family of Dolphins swimming in the waters below was a marvelous experience .Will highly recommend.

Our family stayed at this condo from 4/24-5/1/08. The condo far exceeded our expectations..it was simply gorgeous and a wonderful place to stay. The sights from the balcony were magnificant. Everything was within walking distance and extremely enjoyable. Cindy was fantatic and very helpful and accomodating. Our family would highly recommend a stay here and in fact look forward to the pleasure of returning to Clearwater with plans around the availability of this condo again. A great find....do take adavantage of this incredible place. The Romano family.

This was the most fantastic place our family has every enjoyed. You cannot beat the beautiful accomodations and convenience. Just pack your bags and show up - they've thought of everything else. After 40 years of going to Clearwater Beach, I have never found a nicer place. This is the BEST!

Dear Harbor View Grand owner, Our recent stay in your beautiful condo was most enjoyable.The selection of furnishings was most extrodinary,very good taste.The entire unit was appointed in all aspects of upgrades.The kitchen had everything necessary to prepare meals,when my wife and daughters decided to cook.They,however,would rather go out. The restaurants were in walking distance.THe beach was ideal,but should we decide to relax,the pool and hot tub were perfect.The sunrises and sunsets , from the balcony were breathtaking.Than you for a perfect vacation.Will highly recommend.

thank yoy for the best stay in fla. the condo is just right. we saw a couple of dolphins in the intercostal. my wife and i did not want to come back to the real world.

I was already really excited about our trip down to Florida, but when we entered this condo, I was amazed. It is so spacious and well kept. The views are amazing, and it's in the perfect location. I loved being able to walk right over to the beach, and then come back and use the pool. The balcony was amazing, and there was nothing better than sitting around the table, chatting and seeing dolphins!! I can't wait to go back, and I would highly recommend this condo!!

This was the most beautiful place I have ever rented! Everything was gorgeous and clean. The view from the balcony was exceptional especially when the dolphins were out. Great place to stay, and you can walk everywhere!

Exquisite! Our stay in your condo was perfect.The detail was loved by my wife.The kitchen had everything .The entire unit was beautiful,we hated to leave. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony, while watching a family of dolphins swim in the Intercostal.The views ,sunrises and sunsets were magnificent.Needless to say ,we enjoyed our stay.We will return. George.

TO Whom IT MAY concern, Fantastic,Fantastic. What a beautiful place.The furnishings were the tops. MY family enjoyed our stay in you beautiful condo.The views were extrodinary. The beach ,pool and hot tub were all delightful.The dock with its boats and water sports were ideal.I especially liked the fact that everything was within walking distance.THe restaurants were great.Please tell me who your decorator is. Dear Owner, Just a line to say what a fantastic place you have.My family and I could not believe what we rented. When we entered ,my wife could not believe the decor. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony while the children got ready for the beach. We later went to the harbour and spent the rest of the day on the pirate ship.The children were excited. My family especially enjoyed the lovely beach of Clearwater,the water sports and other activities that Clearwater had to offer. Dear MR.and MRS.Homeowner, Just a note to thank you for a memorable stay in your beautiful condo.The decor was exceptional.I have stayed at many hotels and suites and by far your accomodations were the best.The detail was first class.The bedrooms,livingroom and kitchen were furnished and supplied with every convencience.My friends and I awoke each morning to the dolphins in the INTERCOSTAL,to brillant sunrises while enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony.We especially enjoyed our evening cocktails while seeing the breathtaking sunsets.Thank you again for a wonderful vacation.Will highly reccomend. Our stay in your beautiful condo was great. The weather was perfect and the closeness of the clearwater beach and all the restaurants was super. We enjoyed the sunsets at the beach each night and watching the boats coming thru the bay to the gulf was alot of fun. If we go back to clearwater beach, we would love to stay again. Thanks again for a perfect vacation.

Fantastic place to stay! Location was ideal with resteraunts and shopping surronding the condominum. Clean and quiet with easy access to the pool and hot tub. We look forward to our next visit to Clearwater Beach and hope to stay there again. Thank you.
