Elegant Lakefront Condo on Lake Arrowhead for a romantic stay, your ski holidays, for mountain lake summer fun, or just a getaway to the mountains for some outdoor activities.
Spacious Lake Front condominium on Lake Arrowhead, the Alps of Southern California. Every main living area is lakefront, including the two Master bedrooms and Living Room, and each share a contemporary mountain décor. The Lakefront Living Room includes a rock-faced gas-burning (only) fireplace, and an Entertainment Center with a flatscreen TV w/Cable, DVD and VCR player. The Kitchen includes a Coffee Bar, with Internet access, as well as gourmet cooking appliances and a full Dining Area for six people.
The two bedrooms include a Master Suite on the ground level first floor and another Master on the lower level. The Master Suite has a deluxe Queen-sized bed with down comforter, its own full master bath, with jacuzzi tub, shower and double vanity, and a walk in closet. The downstairs Master has a separate bath as well, with shower and double vanity, a hall clothes closet and a laundry closet. Each Bedroom has a lakefront deck, excellent for enjoying the view of the lake, a romantic meal or a glass of wine at sunset. The sofa in the living room also is a fold out bed for additional guests.
Perfect for two couples or a family of 6 (King size bed and a Daybed (two twin beds) in lower level Master bedroom). Easy access through the two car garage into the Cabin at ground level.
Lake Arrowhead is at 5000 feet in a beautiful mountain setting, with a 14 mile shoreline. The condo is within a 5 minute walk to Lake Arrowhead Resort, its fine Bin 189 Restuarant and the award winning Spa of the Pines and a 10 or 15 minute walk to the Bavarian style Lake Arrowhead Village with outlet shops, restaurants and activities.
There are almost always events going on which can be found on the Lake Arrowhead or Resort websites. They include an Art and Wine festival, weekend concerts during the summer in the Village, the famous 4th of July fireworks over the lake, wine tasting at the resort, etc. We have a guide in the condo with recommendations for local restaurants and activities.
We are between two beaches on the lake for summer fun and there is a hiking tail immediately adjacent to the condos for taking walks around the lake.
There is skiing at Bear Mountain only 30-45 minutes away. There are several ski resorts, sledding areas, and places to stop for fun in the snow. There is also a number of summer activities in Big Bear.
Lake Arrowhead is only 1-2 hours drive from Los Angeles and San Diego. It provides a great getaway and contrast to the bustle of the city, valley and beach life.

Beautiful Lakefront Getaway!!!
Beautiful Lakefront Getaway!!!
This property seemed too good to be true after reviewing its listing. But after a weekend stay, it truly does live up to it! My wife and I went up with our best friends for a couples getaway. The two master bedroom suites were perfect for us. This property would be perfect for anything from a romantic getaway for two, to two whole families staying together. The views of the lake from the condo and both balconies are amazing! It is a 10 minute walk from anything you want to do in the village, from shopping to dining. We parked our car in the garage and did not use it again until we left at the end of the weekend. It is beautifully furnished and very cozy! I would highly recommend this property for all, but especially for those that want the full Lake Arrowhead Village experience!

All of the condominium units are privately owned. Guest represents herein that each member in Guest’s Rental Party, as well as each of Guest’s Invitees agrees and understands that Homeowners herein and the Lakeside Homeowners Association are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises of the Property, or upon using the Association’s facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of Guest, nor of Guest’s Rental Party, nor of Guest’s Invitees. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guest shall assume full responsibility and liability for each member of the Rental Party, and for each of the Invitees of Guest. Guest expressly assumes the risk of any harm arising from his or her use of the Property or of the Association’s property. Such members of Guest’s party are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Association’s Rules, including rules relating to excessive noise, parking restrictions, etc. Such Rules are available for Guest’s review and for Guest’s provision to the Rental Party, as well as to Guest’s Invitees upon written request no later than one week before the Rental Term begins. 8. Appliances shall be used only for their intended use. Guest and all invitees of Guest shall follow posted written instructions for the operation of the fireplace, the showers, the tub, and the washer/dryer that are posted near each. 9. Please exercise caution with the Shower controls, per the posted instructions, and test the temperature of the water before entering the showers and tub, as the water can become very hot if the spigot is turned in the wrong direction. 10. One setting on the clothes dryer does not turn off, please do not set it to“Auto Regular” which is also noted in posted instructions. Instructions are also provided for the TVs. 11. Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented propane (gas-only) firebox that will light by the turn of the switch noted on the left wall of the fireplace. PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY WOOD OR PAPER OR OTHER MATERIALS IN THE FIREPLACE! Do not light a match or torch!! 12. Guest shall be held liable for any and all damages or injuries resulting from Guest’s failure to abide by these Rules and posted instructions (for example, burning wood or paper in the gas log fireplace). 13. Pets are NOT allowed. 14. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the garage. Parking on the road is not permitted nor in the covered parking stalls which are assigned to other units. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the Guest and the vehicle’s owner. 15. Housekeeping: There are no daily housekeeping services. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, a cleaning service during Guest’s stay is not included in the rental rate, unless the rental is for more than one week’s tenancy, in which case a cleaning service will be arranged following the first week, for once per week. Fresh bed linens and blankets are stored in the Armoire of the Master Bedroom. 16. Food in Refrigerator and Cupboards: Homeowner stores some staples and food in both the cupboards and the Refrigerator/Freezer, which are helpful to Guests in the event of a storm, when it is difficult to get to a grocery store. Guest is welcome to use the food, but should check expiration dates before use. Kindly dispose of any food that appears to be spoiled. 17. Candles: Candles and matches are provided, and come in handy during mountain storms, when the power may be lost occasionally. Guest may use the candles provided at the Property, but Guest shall exercise due caution keeping children and any flammable materials far from the flame, and Guest shall assure that all candles are extinguished before leaving the room in which candles are lit and before going to bed. 18. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. The mountain roads are curvy and steep to Lake Arrowhead. You may also encounter fog driving to the Property. We recommend you check the weather and road conditions prior to departing for Lake Arrowhead and highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions, but if the roads are closed to traffic, we will allow the rental fees received to be applied to a future stay. 19. Keys You will receive three (3) keys: 1 for the building Lobby, 1 for the front door of the Property, and 1 that works for both the gate to the Lake and to the garbage bin. You will be given the Lockbox location and code close in time to your visit. Tenant may not duplicate keys, and will be held liable for all damages resulting from duplication or any improper entry into the Property beyond Tenant’s approved tenancy. Please leave all 3 keys in the Lockbox and the garage door clicker on the entry table when you leave the Property at the end of your stay. Please also lock the doors before exiting through the garage, using the wall-mounted garage door control to exit, once your car has pulled out of the garage. Please assure that the garage door is always closed before leaving the Property. The key to both the Lake gates and the garbage bin is the same key. If asked by anyone while using the Lake/Garbage bin key, simply indicate that you are Guests at 344 Lake Resort Road. 20. Contents of Cupboards, Drawers and Closets: Homeowner stocks the Property with games, CD’s/DVD’s/books/décor/beach towels/playing cards/holiday decor, etc for your use while visiting the Property. You will also note a separate “Owner’s” closet door in each closet area which contains clothing and other essentials. Please do not remove anything from these closets.
