Welcome to our Mexican Home where your comfort is most important! Bedroom is large with queen bed, tv, fan and airconditioner. Living space has 2 couches, one a hide a bed, tv, dvd player, fan and airconditioner with breakfast bar with stools to galley kitchen. Enclosed patio has city view, dining set for 4, bar stool view seating and futon day/night bed. We are happy to share our home with you and offer a fully stocked kitchen that would please the best chef. Great kitchen supplies for your appies and cocktails at the end of your busy day in the Cabo sunshine or use the full kitchen for all your holiday meals! Blender for Margs, Martini Shaker, and good wine glasses are a must! Serving and entertaining platters with dishes, glassware & utensils for all your needs. Full fridge, stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemake with coffee grinder, pots & pans. What to do first? Relax around the large, quiet & private pool reading a good book with restaurant & bar service around the pool, happy hours and great staff! Or is today a hit the beach day which is only one block away for fun & sun activities & all the beach bars such as the Office and the Mango Deck. Parasailing, boating and wave riders are 5 min away. Fishing is 1.5 blocks away and the marina has all the bars, restaurants and mall access. Walk to old town and city square and putter the Mexican stores. No need for a taxi. Nightlife is another short walk to Squid Roe, Giggling Marlin, Cabo Wabo, No Worrys Bar/Restaurant and an excellent selection of Mexican and International restaurants. Golf, fishing, boating, snorkeling and water sports are all close and good activities to keep you busy.

My husband and I along with our 2 kids ages 6 and 4 stayed her for 1 week. The condo was perfect for our family. I loved having the bedroom so we did not have to share a room with the kids. They slept on the pull out bed in the living room and loved every minute of it. All of the staff at the condo complex was so helpful and nice. We arrived just in time for 50 cent tacos at the bar by the pool, I believe it was called the Oasis. There was 6 adults and 2 kids and our bill was less than $30.00 that included beers and my kids that just had to have a cheeseburger. I couldn't believe it they love mexican food at home and orders a cheeseburger in Mexico :-( We spent most of our time at the beach and walking the Marina which is a couple of blocks away. It has a little bit of a hill to climb to get to the marina but for the price we paid for this 1 bedroom condo it was well worth the walk. The condo had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Our kids loved the pool and for the most part there was hardly anyone there. I can't wait to go back and will not stay any where else. I want to thank the owners for opening their home to us, we will never forget the memories that were made here!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Very homey condo with all the amenities you will need. Great location. Very close to town - walk everywhere. Close to Medano Beach. Lush pool area including a swim up bar. Grill/restaurant at the pool was good with special meal events in the evening, a very friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Great condo for families.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Charming place , GREAT location , private pool . Booking for next year already Been to Cabo before ,this is by far the best location , walk everywhere . Clean unit , had all the stuff to cook etc when you wanted to.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
