The breakfast counter, dining area, & wet bar overlook the fully equipped & furnished kitchen. Relax in the evening in the living room which features a leather sofa & 2 overstuffed leather chairs with footstools, a large TV (with cable provided), DVD player & stereo AM/FM radio. View lush tropical scenery through triple glass sliders, or open them up for the view from the Italian Tiled Lanai. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a large King sized bed, reading nook with a comfortable chair, cable TV & 2 large His & Her walk in closets. The Luxurius Master Bath has a large Itialian Tiled walk-in shower & large counter with full sized mirror. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds, cable TV, & a walk-in closet. The Guest Bathroom has a tub/shower combination & a fully stocked linen closet. The laundry area includes a full size Washer & Dryer. Beach towels, bath towels, sheets, hangers, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, cleaning supplies, paper products (to get you started) are supplied. Our stay In this beautiful, attractively decorated and cozy condo was a pleasure! Everything we could possibly need was provided from the modern kitchen and bathrooms, laundry room, walk-in closets and king size bed and ensuite with large shower....we loved it! Also very convenient to all kinds of shopping and a short drive to Ft. Myers Beach. You will not be disappointed!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We were very satisfied at this property. Everything was spotless. All you needed to bring was your clothes and food. Everything else was provided. It was in the heart of all the activities, fun restaurants, and beaches. I would highly recommend this property! We'd like to come again!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

What a great place to spend the winter! Or any time of the year. The condo was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. In the kitchen, all utensils from silverware to pots and pans, dishes and glasses were modern and plentiful. For the beach, chairs, coolers, and even a fold out sun shade were provided for our use. If you enjoy taking a bike ride, no renting here; bikes are in your personal garage for your use at any time. The master bedroom is spacious with a ton of closet and drawer space, and my favorite, the king size bed with a comfy mattress. The balcony is a great place for a morning cup of coffee. The view is a garden view with palm trees and even a banyan tree. This condo is located in a small, quite, gated community with great amenities: heated pool and spa with plenty of lounge chairs, modern exercise room, clubhouse with pool table, TV, Wi Fi, and community room. We were only a few minutes from Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and many other attractions, stores, and great restaurants. The owners are just great people to deal with. They were at our beck and call if we needed something or had any questions. You just can't go wrong with this unit. My wife and I are repeats and I'll bet you will be also after spending time here.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is a great condo, comfortabe, well maintained, clean and close to everything. The owners are helpful and very easy to deal with. I would stay here again if I was in the Fort Myers area.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We are from Québec, Canada, it was our first time that we were renting a condo for a month in Florida. We were very afraid on what we were renting. What a surprise when we arrived at the condo, it was clean, well decorated and well located. It is a very wellcoming place. The photos were accurate, the owners were very helpful. I can't wait for my next vacation to Florida and I know where I'm staying! This condo is my new home away from home! Beautifully furnished, spic and span clean, quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, everything you could possibly want in your vacation get-a-way! The clubhouse is beautiful, the fitness room, and pool area are modern and very well maintained, with nice chaise lounges for relaxing in the sun. We were a hop, skip, and a jump to Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva Islands! So much to see and do in the area. The owners have lots of brochures for you to look at to plan your day and also lots of restaurant menus to browse through if you don't want to eat at home in the well furnished kitchen. I highly recommend that you stay in this condo on your next trip to Florida! The owners are so friendly... just a pleasure to deal with!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: We flew to Florida in October, 2010 & fell in love with the Sanibel & Ft. Myers beaches. We looked at a lot of condominiums & fell in love with Mandolin Bay the minute we went through the gate. The people are friendly & fun. It is a smaller complex with only 72 units, so the pool and clubhouse are never crowded. We can swim and socialize with our new friends or just relax by the pool with a good book. Someday this will be our winter home, but until then we would like to share this fun & friendly resort area with you!
