This fully furnished 350 sq ft pool-level 2 BR apartment is located in a privileged area of the island where the ocean and the mountains come together. In a town that is a mere 15-min drive from the capital you get the quietness of the countryside with the ocean view right out the window.
The apartment accomodates up to 7 people in 2 BRs with air conditioning. One BR has a Queen Size Bed for 2 and a private full bathroom. The other BR accomodates 4 people in a double bed and bunkbeds with a full bathroom. Another person can sleep on a hammock o on the sofa bed. All sheets and towels are provided and cleaning or transportation arrangements can be easily made
The Kitchen is fully loaded with refrigerator, gas stove, sink, dishwasher, washer, dryer and microwave, as well as a pantry area great for a quick breakfast before heading out to the beach. The social area includes a dinning table and chairs, sofa bed, reading chair, Flat TV, DVD player and an outdoor terrace facing the pool with a Hammock and lounge chairs.
The building provides a Luxurious pool and jacuzzi, a children's pool, BBQ area, Parking and Security, as well a beautiful garden and social area by the pool.
Located at a 15-minute drive from the capital, the town of Guarame enjoys wonderful ocean as well as mountain views, as the Matasiete and Guayamuri mountains create a cool valley facing the Caribbean Sea. The town offers quietness and tranquility to relax and reconnect with yourself and your relatives, and with a short drive you can access cool restaurants, great beaches and shopping malls. In Guarame you get the best of Margarita.

About the owner: I am an Economist living in Caracas but passionate about Margarita. My wife and daughter are also fans of the island and the property, and we like letting other people enjoy what we find great in Margarita. I own a franchise of Pilates and Weight Loss centers and enjoy the Arts and Theater.
Why the Owner Chose Playa Guacuco Beach:
We have been travelling to Margarita since we were kids and when the time came to purchase and apartment we had no doubt about where should that be. We chose Guarame because it has it all, it is close to beaches and the city but it offers a very relaxing experience really welcomed when you travel from a busy city like Caracas
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
Just opening the courtains and looking out to the pool, the sea and the Frailes Islands in the horizon is by itself worthy of the trip. I enjoy preparing a cup of coffee and drink it in the hammock outside before everybody is up.
We love inviting friends over for a BBQ and a pool day knowing they are having a great time away form the crowds.
We have this apartment to enjoy it and therefore you will find it is furnished and kept with care and dedication.
