Professionally decorated in true Floridian style, this lovely condo is homey and spacious - a full 1686 square feet of living! That's larger than Majestic Beach Resort's four-bedroom condos. With an additional 178-square-foot, L-shaped balcony, you’ll find plenty of room to stretch out and relax.
Located on a corner of the 10th floor of the magnificent Majestic Beach Towers Resort II, this condo features hardwood floors throughout and a tiled master bath. Nine-foot walls with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors in an open floor plan provide incredible views of from many directions. Three large bedrooms and three full baths, in addition to a sofa bed, comfortably sleep up to eight guests.
The beachside master bedroom includes a lovely king-size bed, a 42” flat-screen TV/DVD, access to the balcony, and two comfortable recliners. The attached master bath features a unique, frameless glass walk-in shower adorned with smooth river-rock walls and floor – guaranteed to soothe after a long day at the beach! This shower has a refreshing waterfall showerhead and a hand-held showerhead. A large jetted tub in the master bath gives you yet another option for relaxation.
The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, as well as a 32” flat-screen TV/DVD, and a private bath. The windows in this room overlook the town of Panama City Beach. This bedroom and bath can be closed off with a pocket door for privacy.
The third bedroom, with access to its own balcony, includes a queen-size bed, a 32” flat-screen TV/DVD, and an attached full bath. The balcony outside this bedroom provides the perfect place to relax with a nice cup of coffee or steaming tea as you watch the sun peek over the horizon and slowly dawn over Panama City Beach.
The great room, large and relaxing, offers breathtaking views of the famed Panama City Beach shoreline and beyond to the horizon. In addition to a large sectional sofa, the great room includes a comfortable sofa bed and a 46” flat-screen TV/DVD. A handy wet bar makes entertaining a breeze. The built-in icemaker creates the perfect cubes for your favorite drinks.
An elegant writing table and chair besdie the kitchen provide the perfect place to lay your laptop and other digital devices. Situated against a floor-to-ceiling glass wall, this is a wonderful spot for inspiration and introspection.
Also located in the great room are a separate dining area with a stylish dining table that comfortably seats six, and a full kitchen, which includes a handy washer-and-dryer area to help you pack light.
The outsized kitchen offers modern appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare your culinary feats. You’ll find everything you need, from pots and pans to towels and soap; from tableware to serving ware and more. With a quick trip to the marina for just-caught seafood, and a stop at one of many local merchants – you’ll be all set to create a feast!
You’ll be lured out to the large balcony throughout the day and night to watch the beach activity, inhale the temperate breezes, listen to the surf gently lap the shore, and witness unforgettable sunsets. This condo is everything it describes and shows in the listing and more. It has top grade mattresses and a wonderful flow of air if you open the back bedroom and the living room doors. We also LOVED that it has an ice maker for our coolers in the entertainment area, that's a plus and should be advertised. The condo had excellent security at both Towers and convenient to walking to many places. The only thing wrong that we found was that the 3rd floor parking is marked with numbers for owners only and none of them match the condo numbers but we just pulled in front of the condo and unloaded and parked on a different level We would defintely stay again, VERY NICE.Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The photos of the condo were accurate and the place was spacious for our group of 6. It was very nice to be right on the beach. The only small complaint we had is more dusting and sweeping of dust bunnies could have been accomplished. The base boards throughout the condo were very dusty and dirty. But other than that, we had a great time and if we are back in the area, we definitely will request to stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.
Owner response: I'm sorry for the dust bunnies--its hard to keep them down at the beach! I'll speak to my housekeeper about this issue so it doesn't get out of control. Glad you enjoyed your stay in our condo and hope to see you on your next visit to Panama City Beach!

The condo was everything that the pictures showed. It was beautiful and extremely clean. The view from the balcony was awesome! Having the 2 beach chairs as part of the rental was great, as well as, walking right onto the beach. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was just what we needed. Kitchen, dining area and living room were large. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Panama City Beach. Location was very good.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

We were very pleased with this condo rental. The condo is very spacious and beautiful. When we arrived it was very clean and well taken care of. The microwave broke while we were there and Mike was very nice and sent someone right over to repair it. Although we weren't very pleased with Panama City itself, this condo was magnificent and we thouroughly enjoyed it. Thanks Mike!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family enjoyed staying in Unit 1009. The spacious floor plan and designer quaility furnishings made our stay extremely enjoyable. The layout of this condo worked out well for our large group. The large balcony and rocking chairs were an added bonus. We could not have asked for a better view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! We will definitely return for another family vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

The pictures online were accurate and reflect the beauty of this condo on the 10th floor of the Magestic Beach Tower II. This condo had all the amenities to make for a great stay in Panama City Beach except for the availability of Wi-Fi. It is well laid out and is very spacious. The bedrooms were all tastefully decorated. The master suite bathroom was very nice and the shower is awesome. We had trouble with the air conditioner during our stay but the caretaker had someone there to fix it the same day we notified them which happened to be a holiday. The deck area was very large and afforded great views and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the outdoors. The condo was neat in appearance with the exception of under the furniture in the main living area, it appears that the maid service doesn't move the furniture for cleaning. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for others seeking a wonderful gulf vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

In addition to our regular weekly cleanings, we do a detailed cleaning, once in the spring and again in the fall, and its at these times the furniture is actually moved to clean underneath the heavy items such as the sofa and beds.

This truly was a magnificent condo right on the beach of Panama City! Everything was just as it was advertised. The bedrooms were very nice and spacious, the bathrooms were clean and convenient, the kitchen and dinning area were amazing and very useful and the overall condo was just absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked into the condo, I knew that it was going to be the best Spring Break vacation to date, and it was. Besides not being able to get WiFi in the condo because the signal was not working (but you can get free WiFi on the 3rd floor lobby which offers a relaxing setting as well), the whole experience was great. Thank you for help making this trip a truly memorable one. I highly recommend staying at this fabulous condo and resort and having the time of your life!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
