This is our pride and joy! A brand-new building with a Tuscan flair and exquisite expert decorating! Located in the exclusive sub-area of Destin known as Frangista Beach. There is SO much to do here...and everything is just minutes away. Only steps to the breathtaking sugar white sand and emerald green waters.
This spotless,non-smoking, 1200 square foot condominium is top of the line. We wanted "Life is Good" to feel like home to us and all of our visitors and it really reflects that. Quality furniture, crown molding, ceramic tile and travertine throughout, 9 1/2 foot ceilings, 3 TVs w/DVD/VCR, surround sound home theatre stereo, espresso/cappuccino machine, and so much more! We have dominos, cards, dice, and other games to enjoy just in case of showers.
We are on the top floor (which is the fourth and there are elevators) so the views are amazing! Watch the dolphins play from the balcony! Being a smaller complex of only 44 units, parking is easy. Another bonus is that our private beach is never crowded. Also, enjoy our 3000 square foot heated pool and spa.
We are located on Scenic Gulf Highway, which is nice and quiet...great for strolls or cycling. Everything you could possibly want to do is only minutes away. The nation's largest all designer outlet mall, Silver Sands, is just down the road, Big Kahuna's Waterpark (which is great!) is just a minute drive, as well as a 14-screen Rave multi-plex cinema, go carts, miniature golf, the all new Destin Commons luxury shopping center and, of course, the many extraordinary golf courses that bring golfers from everywhere to the Destin area. There are so many great restaurants nearby that I can't even list them all. You can walk to the famous beachfront Pompano Joes restaurant, Wahoo's Oyster Bar, The Whales Tail and Captain Dave's Seafood.

Dear Terri and Ben, Your condo is so beautiful and the view is breathtaking! We had a wonderful time in spite of Tropical Storm Bonnie and the threat of Hurricane Charley. We hope to return again soon. It's true..'Life is Good'! ADDITIONAL~~~~~ This guest left a very nice note for my housekeepers letting them know that they were doing a great job and the place was very clean, well stocked and maintained excellently. (I thought that was nice of them.)

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely condo wiht us. It had everything we needed, including the espresso machine-my husband was very happy to see that, since I wouldn't let him bring ours from home! The weather was perfect! The kids had a great time-we even found a starfish, which was returned to the ocean, and saw a stingray up close! The location is great, we loved the beach and enjoyed meeting many nice people. We hate to leave and hope to return next year! Thanks again!

The Becnel family sent me this nice email and pictures of their vacation in our condo. "I wanted to share a few pictures from our great trip to Beach Retreat (I'm in the center with the hat on). I also wanted to say Thank You for the nice gift. It was a special gesture that we appreciated very much. My two brothers and their families spent the trip next door at M_______a but are now convinced that your condo at Beach Retreat was much nicer with better views. Next time we visit I might need two units. If you have any info on a unit close to yours please let me know. How far in advance can we reserve? Thank you again. It was wonderful! Until next year, take care!" They sent me the most amazing pictures of their beautiful little girls in the gorgeous white sand and emerald waters, photos of parasailers at sunset, and their family reunion. I was so touched! And some of their pics looked like they should be postcards! That is the best part for me....when families let me know that they had a great time.
