If you're looking for a place to call home during your stay, then our home is for you - modern, inviting and comfortable.
Our five-level, non-smoking, townhouse, condominium is located in the historic West End. Our home is close to the energizing activity of Commercial street yet far enough away for peace and quiet.
Wonderful harbor water views await you from the private deck and living room. Open the 12 foot French slider to allow in ocean fresh breezes while you watch the comings and goings of Provincetown's harbor.
Three bedrooms provide plenty of room for you and friends. All of the bedrooms are bright and cheerful with comfortable mattresses for a great night sleep. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom offers a king bed.
There are two elegant bathrooms with refreshing showers. The first bathroom has a double shower for the romantic in you. The second bathroom has a ''shower salon'' with a 12 inch rain shower head. (It's a shower fit for a king, queen or the whole court!) This second bathroom boasts cathedral ceilings and glass blocks to allow in natural light.
If you enjoy cooking then our fully equipped kitchen is for you! The kitchen has granite counter tops, filtered tap-water, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee pot, ice maker and all the utensils you need to feel at home and whip up a gourmet meal.
If you want to just hang out at night and watch a good movie, our 55", large screen, TV and DVD player should satisfy your needs.
Bring your laptop and connect to the Internet with wireless cable. Go ahead and call home...unlimited long distance in the continental US.
Finally, hardwood floors run through out except one bedroom which has wall to wall carpeting. There is also a washer and dryer in unit. We have parking to fit four cars in tandem.
We hope you choose our home to be your home during your stay in Provincetown.
We have a few simple rules: 1) Respect our neighbors by not having or playing loud music, 2) no smoking, and 3) no overnight guests on the couch.
Our town home is not child friendly due to many fragile and breakable items and stairs for the multi levels.

About the owner: Thanks for considering our home away from home. We have been together for 20 + years and married (thank you Massachusetts) for 7+ years. We both love to travel and spend most of our vacation time traveling somewhere. When we travel, the place we stay at is just as important as the location we visit. Your home while travelling could make or break your vacation experience. We have furnished our Provincetown home and provided amenities that reflect how we like to travel. We hope you agree. We use our home often. We try to get here at least one week in the summer and at least one weekend a month throughout the year.
Why the Owner Chose Provincetown:
We love Provincetown! It is such an eclectic place. When we are here we feel we are escaping completely.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love art and you will see some of our art collection when you stay at our home. Paintings, sculptures, glass, photography and other unique pieces throughout our home.
Lastly, what is unique about our home is that Paul personally turns over and cleans the unit after each tenant. We do this as we want to ensure that you find our home as we would want to find it. We have heard horror stories about poorly cleaned rental units and we don't want you to experience that.
All of our guests agree that our house is not a rental unit but a home. This is a common reaction we get from our guests.
Finally, it is the little things that count. We provide toilet paper, starter roll of paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, soft soap in the bathrooms, and most but not all cooking spices. I once overheard a tenant who was renting another unit in the complex complain they had no toilet paper as it was not provided. These little things don't often come with a home rental. We hope it helps you settle into your vacation a little quicker as you don't have to run out to the store right away.
