We enjoy staying at inns and B&B's across the U.S. Sarabande is the best we've ever found, and we're very experienced travelers. The location is perfect --- quiet, beautiful walking areas, lots of privacy, and the property front has a beautiful view of the Sandia Mountain range. Our room was huge with a king bed, plush leather chair and ottoman, a Japanese soaking tub and a cozy little wood burning fireplace. The rooms have private patio areas to enjoy your afternoon wine or morning coffee. The courtyard areas are charming: fountain, nice landscaping, stucco walls. And the breakfasts were gourmet quality! There's a large shared living area with lots of books on the library wall, tons of board games, comfy seating by the fire, and gorgeous leaded glass windows. It's the perfect place to get away from it all, but still we could be at Old Town in 10 minutes or in the mountains within a half hour. Don't miss this place -- it's a gem!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
