The apartment is very spacious 1550 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has been set up to sleep up to 6 guests in comfort. There are 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom having 2 single beds allowing to sleep up to 6 in comfort. There is also a 32' LED TV in the master bedroom.
There are wardrobes in all the rooms and air-con throughout the apartment. The 2 bathrooms are installed with water heater and shower.
The living area has comfortable 3+1+1 sofa lounge with 42' LED TV with satellite channels and DVD Player. The dining area is furnished with a large 6-seater dining table. There are 2 recliner for the guest to sit back facing the totally glass wall and enjoy the view of KL city centre especially at night. Free WiFi is provided to enable you staying connected and getting access to information via internet.
Near to KLCC (20mins walk), Ampang Park (10mins walk), Menara Citibank, The Intermark, Fairview International School, Menara Great Eastern &.... Walking distance to Ampwalk Plaza, Hock Choon Supermarket, Sayfol International School, SRJK(C) Chung Hwa School, SM(P) Putri Ampang, Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM), Embassy of France, Bristish High Commissioner, Royal Thai Embassy & many more.
Public Transport is very convenient. Ten minutes walking distance to Ampang Park LRT Train station and get a cab or bus from outside our doorstep.

Excellent location , spacious and very warm environment. The lounge area over looking KLCC Twin Tower is beautiful and very relaxing. The swimming pool on the 7th. floor is excellent for children as it is partly covered. Down on the ground floor there are 2 restaurants and a cafe to choose from for a good meal: from local food, middle eastern to western. There is also grocery store, money changer, beauty parlor and a Spa. Public transport are easy to access as there is a taxi and bus stand just on the main road 50meters away from entrance to the building. Pretty convenient i may say!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Jalan Ampang is my all time favorite. 10mins walk to nearest LRT Ampang Park station and 20mins walk to KLCC in 1 direction while the other to Great Eastern Mall.... and yes, we share main entrance via the lobby of Holiday Villa KL !!
