This house is such a great way to experience Nantucket. We've stayed 'in town' for the past few years and this was our first time in Tom Nevers. The breeze in the evening is heavenly (which we didn't have at all in town), so we were able to sit on the back patio every night and not see any mosquitos. We loved the large yard, which was manicured beautifully. The house itself was also wonderful! I loved the decor, and it had everything we needed. My parents stayed downstairs and my husband and I and our kids had the upstairs rooms. It was perfect. Everything was very clean and fresh, and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out. We would definitely recommend this house!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had an incredible time on Nantucket. This home has it all. It is well-maintained, private, beautifully decorated and close to all that the island has to offer. At the same time, this privacy makes you feel like you are "miles away from it all." The great room was amazing! It is bright and welcoming and perfect for curling up with a good book, watching a movie, enjoying board games or just relaxing with family and friends. The kitchen is well-stocked and organized and makes preparing meals effortless. There is even a washer and dryer for added convenience. The neighborhood is perfect for walking and bike riding, and there is easy access to the bike trail. We spent quite a bit of time on the deck off the great room relaxing and soaking up the sun. The grounds and landscaping are fantastic, too! The listing photos truly reflect the home today. What you see is what you get, and you get so much. I would highly recommend this property. It is quaint, comfortable, and classic Nantucket. It was very difficult to leave, and I cannot wait to return.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Our trip to Nantucket was everything we could have wanted! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the main grocery store, restaurants and beaches. It is just a quick trip from the ferry which makes visiting downtown a breeze. There is easy access to the bike trail as well as beaches in the area. As soon as we walked into the house it felt like home! The great room is spectacular with tons of light and has couches that invite you to curl up and relax. The kitchen has everything you could ever want/need to make a great meal at home. The landscaping is second to none with a beautiful deck perfect for enjoying a book or a cold drink. The house has been extremely well maintained and cared for. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to vacation on Nantucket. It would be great for a family trip, couples retreat or friends gathering place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.
