Welcome to our newly renovated 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath multi-level condo located steps away from Vanderbilt Beach surrounded by nature. You can enjoy Naples, the gem of Florida's Gulf Coast, at very reasonable rates.( Naples was named America's Best All-Around Beach for 2005 by the Travel Channel!) Within walking distance on the beach is the LaPlaya Resort that has many water activities such as jetskiing, kayaking, parasailing and a beach bar and restaurant. A llittle farther walk down the beach is the Ritz-Carlton Naples.
Our condo is located in the Vanderbilt Towers III at Vanderbilt Beach. It is on the 3rd and 4th floors of an eight story building with a secured lobby in a gated community. It overlooks Delnor-Wiggins State Park nature preserve and the Gulf of Mexico. You can relax by the pool or enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and fishing on the white sandy beaches. Within minutes of the condo, you can rent bicycles, charter fishing boats, dinner cruises, dolphin cruises or just about whatever you heart desires. With more than 100 of the finest courses in the country, the greater Naples area has few rivals as a major golf capital with over 150 courses in Collier & Lee Counties.
Should you desire a break from the sun, Naples also offers world-class shopping. Within minutes either by car or trolly, you can reach upscaled shops, quaint specialty stores and fantastic art galleries. Naples also offers an indoor mall, a nearby outlet mall and plenty of souvenir shops such as those found at Tin City. A number of grocery stores and theaters are located within a mile of the condo and an abundance of restaurants are within a 5 minute drive.
Naples is also home to world-class entertainment with the Naples Philharmonic Center for the Arts regularly hosting Broadway shows and top performers in its 1200 seat modern theater.
Florida Southwest Fort Myers International Airport is only a short 30 minute ride from the condo.
Our condo is tastefully updated with ceramic tile flooring on the first floor, new kitchen cabinets, new vanities in all the bathrooms, all new light fixtures and ceiling fans, new window treatments, all new bedding, new living room and guest bedroom furniture and its freshly painted throughout. We offer all the amenties of home right down to the very last detail -- all cookware, dishes, blankets, hairdryers, iron & ironing board, blueray player with video library, 3 new flat screened TVs, and beach necessities (including beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, cooler and beach cart).
There is 1,100 sq. feet of living area. The main floor of the condo (3rd floor of the bldg. with indoor elevator access) includes the kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining room, living room with a 42' flat screened TV with cable and blue ray player, queen sleeper/ sofa and a large chair, screened lanai with ceiling fan and table and chairs. There is a storage room across the hall which contains the beach and pool accessories as well as a portable crib if you have a little one staying with you.
The 2nd floor of the condo (4th floor of bldg.) includes the master bedroom with partial view of the Gulf, updated master bath with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed with all new bedding. This room also has a 32' flat screened TV. The guest bedroom contains two twin beds and a kit is provided which will convert the twin beds in to a king size bed if preferred. All new linens are provided for both configurations. There is a separate guest bath with a tub/shower. There is plenty of closet space and your empty suitcases can be stored out of the way in the 3rd floor storage room. New hard wood flooring on the second floor and interior door on both floors have just be added.
There is a common laundry room available on each floor.
Note: Minimum stays are imposed by the Building Owners Association to maintain more of a neighborhood than a hotel environment. Maximum guests is 6. No pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted.
Discounts available for multiple months rented.
Monthly rentals are required for the months of February and March.
Two week minimum stays are required for all other months.
Need to book 40-45 days in advance prior to check-in.
Required rental application must be supplied to condo association by owner 35 days in advance for approval.

The owners have done a good job in making their place as accommodating as they can. You can't beat the location and the access to Vanderbilt Beach. All the owners seem very nice and friendly. It's only a five minute walk made easy with a nice beach cart for all your stuff. We enjoyed our time there. The Storm FamilyRecommended for: Age 55+.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo in a great location just steps to Vanderbuilt Beach. The condo was recently remodeled- all updates were high quality and very tasteful.
