This elegant, architecturally stunning home has a reverse floor plan that allows dramatic white water ocean views from almost every room. Numerous window seats permit a comfortable place to read or enjoy the views. The home features a full, well-equipped kitchen with new large and small appliances, new dinnerware, and a spacious dining area. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms (whirlpool tub in master bath, fireplace in master bedroom). A second bedroom with a queen bed and full bath has its own entrance, which make this home ideal for a two couple getaway. There are two decks––an intimate upper level one, for morning coffee or gorgeous sunsets; and a spacious main level deck for ocean and wildlife views.
Our home has high end furnishings and original art. The downstairs great room features the entertainment center and a queen sofa sleeper. Electronics include DISH Satellite (San Francisco stations and 100 cable channels), DVR, DVD, VCR, free Broadband access at Lodge, Stereo with input for music from your PC or iPod, and a music, movie and reading library.
Our home is close to Pebble Beach, the bluff trail, Del Mar Rec Center and The Sea Ranch Lodge. Other activities at The Sea Ranch: Eighteen Hole Golf Course designed by Robert Muir Graves, hiking, biking, kayaking, whale watching, bird watching, fishing, seasonal abalone diving, surfing, seasonal mushroom hunting, snorkeling/diving for the hearty. A small town, Gualala, is nearby. Gualala has art galleries, two supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, shops, and is located in a unique “banana belt” weather area.
Children over 10 are welcome as are up to 2 pets (deposit required). A nearby dog park welcomes your pooches.
You will enjoy the raw, rustic beauty of The Sea Ranch––the clean air, blue ocean, miles of hiking trails, magnificent views, and amenities like golf, tennis, sauna, swimming and hiking. About the owner: We love the beauty and tranquility of The Sea Ranch. We live in Northern California on a small ranch with five Arabian horses, five chickens, four cats and three dogs. Our interests include cooking, art, theater, writing, photography and Arabian horses. We support the SPCA and Habitat for Humanity.

With easy access from San Francisco and Sacramento, it makes an ideal weekend getaway, no matter what the season, or the weather. And the small airport, permits access from anywhere on the west coast.

From our home, the bluff trail and Pebble Beach are a short walk away. The Sea Ranch Lodge and the Del Mar Recreation Center, with year round heated swimming pool, saunas and tennis courts, are also within walking distance.
We take our dogs to a dog park on The Sea Ranch where they can play with unleashed abandon. There are wonderful little cafes and restaurants, well provisioned markets and enticing art galleries in Gualala, a seven mile drive away.
The peaceful serenity permits quiet time for reflection, meditation and writing. There are few more serene places on the North Coast.
