CHRISTMAS WEEK EACH YEAR.. at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas. It usually rents one year in advance. The OCEAN FRONT CORNER units are the largest units and they easily sleep two families with 8-10. It is made up of two separate units that can function as one. The smaller unit has its own kitchenette, bathroom, balcony, washer and drier,etc. Overall these ocean front corner units aree 350 square feet larger than standard two bedroom unit. Each night enjoy beautiful breathtaking sunsets on your large balcony with family and friends
This unit is guaranteed ocean front. These villas are closer to the ocean than all of the other villas in the north and south properties. Ocean view can be thousands of feet from the ocean. The lanais in these units are many times larger than the ocean view units.
The Westin Kaanapali has been built along some of the most beautiful beach front on Maui. It has excellent snorkling right in front of your villa. A lit boardwalk connects you to the north and south all the way to Whaler's Village. There are several restaurants on site including a poolside bar and grill. In addition there are well maintained gas barbeques in multiple locations. A store exists on the property with good prices for grocery items.
It is definitely chile friendly. It has a children's pool which is safe for even the smallest children. It has a full time staff that arranges activities for the children every day . A Kid's Club also exists onsite with activities for all ages.
The villa itself is recently remodeled and has two flat screens in the larger unit and one in the smaller unit. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The villa is elegantly furnished with granite countertops, large beautiful bathrooms, and whirpool tubs and a separate shower. Each unit has its own washer and dryer.
The property is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The two pools are large and one near you has a water slide. Each building has its own concierge. There are two workout facilities and two Spas as well. A Westin Shuttle runs regularly between the property and Whaler's Village and also Lahaina.

Year Purchased: 2008
About the owner: We are an older couple who purchased this so in the future we can take our children and grandchildren to Maui for Christmas Vacation. We live in Washington state and enjoy skiing and golf. We have several weeks of time share with the Westin. They maintain their properties beautifully everywhere we have visited.
Why the Owner Chose Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas:
This is one of the most beautiful spots on Maui. The weather is excellent as we are far enough south to missmuch of the northern rain. The sand beach is spectacular and the snorkling is excellent. It is far enough away from Whaler's Village and hotels to be a bit more peaceful. It has enough onsite to keep most families busy for a week or two.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
There are so many things we enjoy. We love the sunsets and try not to miss one. We also enjoy exercising in the many classes that are offered on site. We love to barbeque and eat on the deck overlooking the ocean. We used to drive to snorkle and now we snorkle right in front of our unit. We occasionally play tennis and always play golf. At night when the hot tubs are unused we usually go down before going to bed. Mostly we relax and wind down from our busy lives.
