Welcome to Chateau Relaxeau Caribe on the water's edge of spectacular Little Apple Bay Tortola...the villa with very reasonable rates....and billion dollar views!
CRC" is a three story home consisting of two self contained apartments...all with breathtaking views of the ocean and offshore islands.
It is located just steps from a sparkling white sand beach with
a one hundred and eighty degree view of shimmering blue, green waters, offshore islands and breathtaking sunsets.
The ground floor consists of private one bedroom apartment, with a full bath and kitchen, large covered patio and open deck.
The upper apartment is on the middle and top floor. The second floor now has a dining/living room with a double futon, full bath and kitchen and a large balcony overlooking the sea (a favorite place to catnap or spend the whole night!). Up the stairs to the third floor and you are in the new large master bedroom with a full bathroom where you can shower as you watch the pelicans dive. There are twenty foot ceilings and a huge balcony for sunbathing and stargazing.
CRC is located just steps from a sparkling white sand beach with a one hundred and eighty degree view of shimmering blue, green waters, offshore islands and breathtaking sunsets. In winter the best surf break in the Caribbean is 100 yards down the beach..
Just down the road from CRC are fine local restaurants and the weekly Friday night fish fry under the Banyan Tree.
Apple Bay is also home to the "Sugar Mill" which houses a beach bar and restaurant and a gourmet restaurant open for dinner within the ruins of an old sugar mill. And the food has to be good ..the place is owned by two writers for " BON APPETIT" magazine!
Down the beach is one of the most famous bars in the Caribbean, "Bomba’s Surfside Shack", with Bomba’s OUTRAGEOUS "Full Moon" parties every month; Equally outrageous, Bomba Punch available anytime, and BBQ’s every Wednesday and Sunday.

Winter Rates (December 15 to April 15): $1100 to $1500/wk Summer Rates (April 16 to December 14): $900 to $1100/wk Payments through Paypal or personal checks accepted. 50% deposit required to secure all reservations which is only refundable if a 30 days notice of cancellation is given. If all or any of the nights are cancelled less than 30 days prior to arricval, the deposit is not refundable. For December 15 to January 30, we require full pre-payment to secure reservations and a 45 days notice of cancellation.

About the owner: I am a lifelong journalist having worked in newspapers and magazines..then television. I was an on air reporter for CNN, helped create the format, write and report for "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" and went on to work for everyone from "Inside Edition" to "Entertainment Tonight". My new book "Manpot's Tales of the Tropics" is currently available through "Smashwords". It explains a great deal about my love affair with Tortola!!

I took one look at the view from CRC when the realtor showed it to me and knew I had to buy it. Years later we totally remodeled the house and added the breathtaking master loft suite.
