Just as described. VERY clean with nice amenities. Within walking distance to Douglas beach and downtown Douglas.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway.

We highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in the Saugatuck/Douglas area. The photos accurately depict the condo, and it is very clean and odor-free- you would never know that pets are allowed. The AC and other appliances worked very well, and the unit was well-stocked with dishes, silverware, towels, linens, and board games. The golf course 0.1 miles away is closed, but there are others in the area that are very enjoyable. The cable TV mostly carries news, weather and home shopping (no Tigers games). The DVD works well and the TV is nice. Parking is close, convenient and plentiful. Make sure to confirm your check-in time- it was not listed in our e-mail. Bicycle rentals are available, but we brought our own bikes and very much enjoyed riding to Douglas Beach and down Lakeshore Drive, with marvelous views of Lake Michigan. The beaches are spectacular, and Saugatuck has concerts, theater, restaurants, the SS Keewatin and a sunset cruise to Lake Michigan- an incredible number of fun things to do in a very small town. Six people (two grandparents, two parents, two teen-age boys) and our dog had a wonderful vacation at the Courtyard Condo. Thanks, Rob!

Our stay was the first weekend in October 2010. We were watching for a good weather weekend and hit it perfect, sunny and mid 70's. Rob did a great job for us on short notice. The condo was really perfect and everything was just as advertised, clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. The location was easy to get to and quiet. It was late season and there was room for my boat trailer. My wife had a great time shopping and I fished Lake Michigan. (4 steelheads and 1 salmon). We enjoyed dining at the Mermaid bar and grill and Marro's in downtown Saugatuck. We will be back and I hope we can stay here again.

This is the perfect getaway for exploring the beautiful Sagatuck, Lake Michigan area. The condo is very well take care of and clean and the owner is very accessible to answer any questions you might have. There is so many places to explore here you could never see it all.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family rented this condo for 5 days and were very please to find that it was exactly as it had been advertised and described by other reviews we'd read. Very clean, spacious living/kitchen area, well stocked with odds and ends which are helpful when travelling. It was obvious that this condo is well-maintained. Fantastic location to both Saugatuck and Douglas downtown areas and Douglas beach (although beach parking is a bit crowded in season). We would highly recommend this property rental to others and can't wait to return to Michigan next summer for a return stay.

This was a perfect rental for a great vacation. Owner was very easy to work with and unit was very clean with all the amenities we needed. Location was close to everything we planned on visiting.

This place is as nice as the photos appear. Very clean and comfortable and has good availability of linens and towels and a well appointed kitchen. It is very private and quiet being in a residential neighborhood. It is also very close to restaurants, etc and a few block walk to the lake. We are planning to book this condo again next year. Manager was very easy and pleasant to work with and easily available via email or cell phone.

The "Courtyard Condo" was the perfect location for a get-away weekend. The property is very well kept and much more comfortable then a hotel and it is close to local attractions. Highly recommended!

Courtyard Condo, Unit#5 is a lovely end unit, very nicely furnished with plenty of parking available. This is a great alternative to a motel unit with a lot of privacy. The outside courtyard is great. This property is convenient to both Saugatuck & Douglas & is convenient to the Douglas beach which we love. We are very familiar with this area having been summer renters for more than 20 years. You will like the Courtyard Condos.

Every getaway requires welcoming accommodations, this condo is just that -- comfortable, convenient, nicely furnished, easy parking and very peaceful. Loved the skylights and the patio. Great kitchen allowed for hearty breakfasts before a day of exploration in Douglas & Saugatuck. This place will not disappoint you!

An all girls weekend away from the kids and husbands! We had a wonderful time shopping and hitting the beach. We especially enjoyed having dinner on the beautiful deck with complete privacy. Great location - close to everything yet peaceful as well.

The Courtyard Condo was clean, nicely and freshly remodeled. I really enjoyed being in walking distance of the lake and of downtown Douglas. We had a much needed, refreshing vacation and the comfort of our accomadations was a big part of it.

Kudos again after our second stay at the Douglas Courtyard Condos. Really such a lovely alternative to other accomidations in the area, well kept, well stocked, quiet, yet so very close to anything you might want to do in the area. No hesitation should be made if you are interested in such a rental, it's truly a top pick.

Very very clean, comfortable, and stocked with all we needed. Homeowner was very accomodating which was appreciated. Saugatuck/Douglas is a great place for a quick weekend getaway--so much better than the crowds of a big city, but equally good shops.

Fantastic condominium that is in excellent condition. All appliances, flooring, etc. is brand new. Location is less than 1/2 mile from Lake Michigan and about 1 mile bike/drive/walk to Oval Beach, and only a couple of blocks from Douglas town center (food, restaurants, galleries, public services). We would highly recommend the unit.
