This four bedroom 2.5 bath vacation home sleeps 10 and is located in Avon North Carolina. Ground level has beautiful landscaped extra large lot, bulkhead with dock and a surrounding boardwalk. The canal access dock is great for fishing, kayaking, windsurfing, jet skis and small boats (draft at dock is approximately 15"). Beach access is only a short walk from the house.
After a day on the water, relax in the screened porch enclosed hot tub or enjoy a one of a kind sunset off the wide 2nd floor deck.The first level has an outside shower, under the house entry, a large bedroom (2 twin beds and 2 trundle beds), 1/2 bath and washer and dryer. The 2nd level opens to a deck with beautiful west views of the canal and sound. It is well furnished and has hardwood floors, a den with game table, a large bedroom (king bed and crib) with love seat & semi-private bath. The kitchen is large & well equipped with a bar & dining area. The 3rd level has fantastic views, 2 queen bedrooms with a bath.
The house has High-speed wireless internet access and Satellite TV. We are pet friendly (no more than 2 dogs please!) and look forward to helping you enjoy the Outerbanks! (no RVs)
