After a fun filled day of adventure skiing, mountain biking, hiking, or shopping, come home to this warm and inviting home that takes advantage of all that Breckenridge has to offer.
This home has an open and spacious feeling and is great for family gatherings. The main level offers a warm and cozy family room with gas fireplace overlooking the kitchen with counter bar, granite counters and large enough for everyone to comfortably gather and help prep or entertain the chef with stories. There is a large dining table that will comfortably fit a large crowd.
The large main level master bedroom has a walk in closet and separate master bath. There is a second bedroom with queen bed on the main level with adjoining full bath. On the upper level is a large loft overlooking the main level that offers more sleeping space with a futon, a third bedroom with a full bunk on the lower and twin above and another full bath. Then head to the attic where you will find two queen beds. If you need more beds, the family room is also a sleep sofa.
Soothe your sore muscles and relax in the private, outdoor Hot Tub.
Ski from your driveway to the Burro Trail (snow dependent, of course). This trail takes you to the base of Peak 9 either via the Burro Trail (moderate skill level required) or via Lower Lehman run (a green). You may cross the bunny hill and traverse the Frontier and Lower Lehman runs to the Beaver Run SuperChair lift for more advanced runs; or you may ski down the Frontier run to the Quicksilver Super6 lift for green runs, or to access the Falcon lift taking one to the more advanced blue and black runs on Peak 10 and the ski in access.
Ski-in access is via Peak 10, Access the Falcon Chair lift and take Cimarron Run (an enjoyable Black). Cimarron finishes into the Flapjack run, where you can take the trail through the National Forest back to the Warriors Mark West Neighborhood – a few feet where you started out. You may also take the green Lower Lehman run to access the trail back home. The Lower Lehman when open requires only moderate skill level, but is a bit more of a hike back up the road (Beginners may easily walk this trail).
Free Bus Service: There is a bus stop at the intersection of Broken Lance and White Cloud, at the bottom of the hill. The free bus service at this location is the Brown/Warriors Mark bus (electric sign at the top of the bus). This bus can be picked up from locations around town and from lifts and will return you to this location as well.

This home was a perfect choice for our 11+ group. We wanted a place close to the mountain, nice layout, and spacious enough to fit a big group comfortably. The property owners were more then accommodating and very friendly. Definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a place to stay near the mountain.Did you find this review helpful? Hot tub was nice to have after a long day of skiing. It was located right outside the back porch just a few steps away. House was beautiful very nicely decorated and had all the things you needed for a home away from home trip. What made the house extremly nice, is the layout. Two families total, but the house has three levels so we had the kids on the 2nd and 3rd levels while we enjoyed the fireplace and the two main rooms on the first level.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
