Imagine being surrounded by forever views, where you are on a lava point jutting into the surf. You can relax on the lanai and drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves in stereo. Or, you can drink your favorite beverage and watch spinner dolphins and whales.
From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the ocean breeze and gorgeous views. The layout is romantic, with shoji doors opened to expose the fabulous queen-size bed, with the bold tropical cover. From the master bedroom, the view is only of the ocean. The large screen cable TV is viewable from either the living room or can be rotated to be viewed from bed.
The second bedroom, private with a set of twin beds, convertible to a king bed, also has a panoramic view of the ocean, the coast, and Kona Town.
The kitchen, stocked with everything you need, but your groceries, is equipped to handle your gourmet meals and your blended tropical drinks.
The living room has comfortable seating, large screen LCD cable TV, wireless internet, VCR, DVD, CD player, radio, movies, books, and games.
For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer, and all the linens and things you need everyday. NOTE this is a NON-Smoking unit!

Why the Owner Chose Alii Villas
We have enjoyed vacationing in Hawaii and after experiencing each island, we fell in love with the Big Island…especially the Kailua-Kona area. All activities including snorkeling, surfing, swimming, outrigger canoeing and shopping are within a few minutes. In addition, the volcanoes are amazing when active...something rarely seen anywhere else.
We rented a unit in Alii Villas and knew we wanted to purchase a condo within the complex...beautifully landscaped and maintained, heated swimming pool, very convenient Bar B Que and most of all, great views!
Alii Villas is very conveniently located one mile from Historic Kona Town...great for shopping, restaurants, and nightspots. A Farmer's Market has a great selection of tropical fruit, vegetables and souvenirs all at good prices. Best of all, the people are wonderful. Every day, you will find the wide bicycle/walking/running paths along Alii Drive active with many friendly folks.
The overwhelming reason we recently bought #334 of Alii Villas was for its location...absolutely the best. One unit from the end, there is no afternoon/evening western sun to heat the condo. The unit is on a point so views from every window are literally forever. The large lanai offers lounging, eating and reading with only the sound of ocean. There are no human noises...no pool below or street noise...just the stereo sound from the ocean on both sides of the condo. Condos this close to the ocean are not built anymore. If you like oceanfront...this is the ultimate.
In addition to spectacular views the condo is naturally air conditioned by continuous ocean breezes. The point location means all the air is conditioned by the ocean...very perfect temperature!

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
In addition to being mesmerized by the beautiful ocean waves just below and forever from the lanai, short trips to the markets or walks up and down Alii Drive make staying here as convenient as one could imagine. Trips around the island to the Volcanoes or Hilo with its lush green gardens are easily accessible from this condo. Every activity including surfing, snorkeling, swimming, fishing, outrigger canoeing, kayaking, beach relaxing are literally from right in front of the condo (snorkeling, swimming and fishing access right below the lanai in the inlet seen in the photos).
This is the location...because of being on a point, this condo has views to the north and south...forever!
This inlet has quiet waters most of the time for access for swimming and snorkeling.
Fishermen frequent this area for surf fish...we have seen large fish caught here...30" in length!

My wife and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary last August and in addition to loving each other, we are a hard working team in service to others. With the help of professionals, we just completed a wonderful remodel of the condo. New tile, windows which open incredible veiws, and new personally crafted bathroom cabinets made from beautiful deep-red Brazil Wood.
We have two adult children, our son, an Army helicopter pilot...Kiowa Warrior...having been to Iraq on two tours and now an instructor pilot in Alabama. Our daughter is a dental hygienist who aspires to earn her physician's assistant degree to pursue serving folks in need in Africa. Both of our children and married to wonderful spouses. We are patiently waiting for grandchildren and currently have grand dogs and grand cats.
As we work hard, we love to take breaks to explore all that has been created to enjoy. We truly love all that the Kailua-Kona area of the Big Island has to offer...a great break from a very busy life style. We hope you value your time off as we do and will consider spending it as a guest in this spectacular condo with views and convenience not available anywhere on planet Earth!
