We stayed at this home for three months. It was perfect! The home and furnishings were lovely, not your typical rental, it really felt like home. I especially loved the pool and the fact that the owner provided a local contact in case you needed something for the home I really liked the fact that the two guest rooms were way from the master suite - it afforded privacy when guests were visiting. This was my first visit to Naples, it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: I'm certainly glad you enjoyed your stay in Naples. This is my goal. This is home to my family and it is decorated like a real home -- not the typical rental. This home is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It is spacious with every amenity you could ask for and they were all the best quality. The neighborhood people are quite friendly, yet not intrusive. And the owner’s attention to every detail of our stay, from early discussions before we rented to our leaving for our home, was superior. Our most enjoyed area was the heated pool & screened lanai. The weather was warm (80 F - 84 F) and sunny for forty five consecutive days and we took advantage of the pool & lanai daily. We bicycled nearly every day. You can safely go for miles and miles on the paved bike paths and street lanes (caution needed on the street). Great restaurants near by. Some of the locally owned breakfast places were are favorites. We have vacationed in the Naples – Bonita Beach area for the last six years in March and April. This stay was our favorite. We look forward to staying here again soon.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

What an AMAZING place! Everything you could want or need while staying in Florida. We stayed here over the July 4th weekend and are looking forward to coming back next year. The house is spotless and has brand new EVERYTHING. Plenty of places for all of our guests to sleep. We enjoyed the big screen to watch all of our favorite sporting events. We spent most of our time lounging in and around the pool with the lanai that kept out all of the bugs. We found Naples to have very refreshing weather even in July. The surrounding area was laid back with plenty of things to do with family. Great shopping and restaurants! We took a day trip to the Everglades which was such a wonderful family adventure. Overall, this was a wonderful and positive experience and we will stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My wife and I live in Omaha, Nebraska and wanted a place where we could get away from the cold! We love to bike, run, walk in the mornings. The spectacular, white sandy beaches are just 10 minutes away! The kids love seeing the dolphins just off the beach. The manatees are just up the interstate in Ft Myers 30 minutes away. The Everglades is close by and an easy day trip.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
During the holiday season, my wife and I love having breakfast out on the lanai overlooking the 2nd fairway. Our pool heater keeps the the pool at a comfortable 84 degrees all year round. When the grandkids come visit, they're in the pool all day and they just love it!
