  We rented this wonderful house after extensive searches for a VRBO in Rockaway and Oceanside. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find it even more beautiful and accommodating than the photos. Everything was very clean and neat. We loved the large windows and open living/kitchen areas for our big group of 12 (including 3 children). We had plenty of room in this happy feeling house for our dad's 90th birthday celebration. All the beds were quite comfortable- even the bunks. The close beach access is so easy and convenient. There is a shower wand on the front cement porch for washing off sand that even had warm water! I could write a page alone listing all the things the owners have done to make it a really special stay for their guests. Every person in our group was impressed with this lovely place. We didn't want to leave! The kids played with the available shovels, pails, kites and balls. We didn't take advantage of all the places to visit in Rockaway because we were having too much fun at the house and on the beach. The rates are unbelievably reasonable for such a great home. I would not hesitate for one second to highly recommend this marvelous rental. The owner was very friendly, prompt, and patient in answering all the questions I had in several e-mails and telephone calls. Thank you, thank you for a fabulous vacation at your gorgeous house. We hope to return and stay longer than 4 nights.

  Thank you, for allowing us to stay at your beach home. It helped make our trip fabulous! The people were so kind in Rockaway. We basically had the beach to ourselves. We came home with a huge collection of sea shells and sand dollars. We walked to the Jetty where we saw star fish, crabs and a family of seals. The next morning at the Jetty Fishery, we caught 14 crabs, but only 1 was a male and the right size. It has been by far the best family vacation! Thank you,

  It is not always easy to please three families, two children, and three dogs but we were thrilled with this beautiful house. It met and exceeded our greatest expectations! The master bedroom had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

  Our family of 8 (2 parents, 6 kids ages 22 mo.-15) felt very comfortable in this very well maintained, clean home. The well stocked, large kitchen and family room gave us plenty of space to have good home cooked meals, spread out our board games and a place to play or watch movies together as a family. The easy access to the quiet, yet beautiful beach was manageable even by our two year old and there were plenty of sand toys and beach chairs to take down with us (my husband thought this was the best part!) The layout of the home provided quiet space for the older kids to read a good book and also allowed the more restless aged kids a place to laugh, talk and sleep in the basement (the three sets of bunk beds would be any preteen or teenage treat!) The owner provided us with information to local seafood places and food shopping and I did feel like I could contact him if we had any questions. We noticed some minor repairs while we were there that could be attended to and left him a note after leaving. Within two days, he thanked us and was having them fixed. The owner really does care about his property and it shows! If you are looking for a clean, spacious home, this is it! We LOVED staying here and would highly recommend it.

  I had a wonderful experience with this rental. It was clean and well maintained, well stocked, and spacious. It is perfect for a large group, but still very cozy. It is just steps from a great sandy beach. This is a great home to stay in if you have dogs as the house comes equipped with a kennel, dog bowls, and a leash in case you forget anything. The owner was very helpful and got back to me right away when I called with a question. I will definitely stay here again.

  We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable home. With 5 adults, 5 kids, and 2 dogs we still had plenty of room, comfortable places to relax and sleep. Loved the close beach access to a really lovely stretch of beach.

  Hi Andy, We thoroughly enjoyed your home. We loved the openness of the living area and you have stocked so many nice things for your guests in case they forget to bring something. We have never stayed in a vacation rental that was that well stocked. We were fortunate to have good weather to enjoy the beach also.

  We spend Christmas at this house, ten adults and one child and had a great time. The house is lovely, completely equip for any need. There are some beach views and it is just a few steps to a beautiful beach. We have rented other Oregon coast houses and this one is among the best. We had not been to Rockaway Beach before but it is a cute little town with basic services and an easy drive to Tillamook. The owner is very easy to work with and replied quickly to a couple of questions that came up during our stay. We would definitely go back to this house for another vacation.

  Our family had the best time in your home. The layout worked well to interact with everyone. You have provided everything we could have possibly needed and then some. With it being October we were able to enjoy the beach at a sunshine's notice since the beach access was so close. This was the perfect home and perfect location for us. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.

  You have done a fabulous job of making it luxurious and comfy. We appreciated all that you have done to make it feel like home. I am definitely going to keep your info for future stays. And a very big thank you for letting us bring our beloved pets, they had such a wonderful vacation too and it was so special because one of them is getting up in his years and it may be his last run on the beach.
