We offer a beautiful apartment totally equipped and furnished. It has 2 rooms (4 persons), an extra person is allowed. We also include: Private parking, 24 hours security, internet, kitchen, etc.
The apartment has beautiful green areas with colourful gardens, a swimming pool that also can be used at night. We are located 5 minutes distance from the beautiful beaches of Playa Potrero, Penca and Prieta. Is also near from the gorgeous Flamingo, Conchal and Brasilito beaches.
Nearby the apartment there a lots of options available to enjoy your days at Guanacaste. Some of the options are incredible birdwatching, horseback riding, snorkeling, fishing, canopy and even witness the breathtaking turtle nest at Playa Grande.
Guanacaste is also famous because of the excellent surfing. We have some close beaches that are worldwide known surfers paradise, some of them are: Tamarindo, Avellanas y Grande.
Restaurants & Bars: The supermarkets are available near the apartment. For the guests who want to prove some of the gastronomy options in the zone you can find lot of restaurants with different cuisine such as seafood, Italian pasta, steak and grill and also delicious typical Costa Rican food.
Some of them are: Mar y Sol, Carlos & Carlos, Angelina´s Restaurant & Bar and Coconut.
Surf & other activities: Nearby the Playa Potrero Apartments there are amazing beaches for surfing such as:
Playa Grande: one of the best beach breaks in the country. During the dry season months with the Papagayo winds and a small size swell (4 to7 feet).
Playa Tamarindo: the most popular and well known, 'surf mecca' on the northern pacific coast. This area is centrally located on the coast to offer easy access to a wide variety of surf breaks for all abilities.
Avellanas: nice alternative to the breaks in Tamarindo and is a number of different beach and reef breaks, the best of which break off the mouth of the river.
Fishing-Snorkeling-Diving:
If you are a fan of fishing you can arrange a tour through your travel company or by yourself if you prefer, you can rent a boat or yacht in one of the beaches marine. Marlin, sailfish, thon, goldfish, wahoo and roosterfish and many more are the species you can find in the North Pacific Coast.

The apartment complex was everything we had hoped for. It was well laid out and the facilities were beyond our expectations eg use of bikes and BBQ. The owners were extremely helpful and the site manager was always available. It was in a beautiful location within walking distance of Potrero , Surfside and Flamingo and the local beaches. We will be back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.
