Located in the new development of Silversage, this wonderful home is minutes away from SolVista Ski Resort and two golf courses: Headwaters at SolVista and Grand Elk. The central location of this home allows easy access to all of Grand County's attractions. Hot Sulphur Springs, our best kept secret, is a 15 minute drive. Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are a 25 minute drive or you can take a free ski bus that comes to our property. There are miles of nordic skiing terrain within short distances at SolVista , Snow Mountain Ranch, or Devil's Thumb Resort. Grand Lake and the three lakes (Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake) are all within a 15 minute drive. Outdoor activities include hiking trails, skiing, boating, biking, golfing, fishing, kayaking, rafting, and much, much more.
This home sleeps comfortably 10 - 12 people and is perfect for two families to share. There are 4 bedrooms in this ranch style home: a master suite with a 5 piece bath and a walk-in closet, 2 kid bedrooms with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds) plus a full-size futon, and a 4th bedroom with a queen bed. THERE IS A HOT TUB ON THE DECK NOW.
Nearby summer activities include nearly all forms of water recreation: boating, water-skiing, sailing, jet-skiing, fishing, swimming, as well as kayaking and rafting on the adjoining three lakes and their tributaries. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest provide miles of hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling trails, as well as unparalleled wildlife watching opportunities. There are several golf courses in the area: Grand Lake's 18 hole public golf course just north of Grand Lake Village, Headwaters at Granby Ranch, Grand Elk, and Pole Creek. Other fun things include Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater Company performances at the community center of Grand Lake, Jazz Festival in Winter Park, horseback riding, historical homesteads and ghost towns, museums, great restaurants, antique stores, and much, much, more!

This is a very nice home with a large master suite and three additional bedrooms. The home is spacious, clean, well-equiped, and is very near to skiing, tubing, and sledding. Also, there is a grocery store less than a mile away. We highly recommend this vacation home for large families or for two smaller families.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This house was very clean and comfortable with a great layout. We felt right at home as we enjoyed beautiful spring skiing/snowboarding and relaxing family dinners together. The house is large and welcoming, and the garage is huge - plenty of room for your skis, snowboards, and sleds. The house is in a great location and has great space. We would love to stay here again and will recommend this house to our friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A $250.00 refundable security deposit is due upon booking. The security deposit will be refunded back to the credit card within 14 days of your departure. Should damage or excessive cleaning occur, the amount of damage or extra cleaning shall be deducted from your security deposit.
At the time of booking, 50% of the total balance is due. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If making a reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due upon reservation.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
A cleaning fee of $125 and a 5.7% sales and lodging tax will be added to the total price of the reservation.
