You will love the convenience of practically rolling out of bed onto the lift! You'll feel completely at home in our large one bedroom/two full bathroom condominium. It is fully furnished reflecting the warm mountain lodge atmosphere with all the comforts one would expect. #215 is well located within The Lodge...close to elevators to the Pool and Fitness Center and the lobby and parking garage.
Daily maid service is provided so you can catch first powder tracks or hike all day and return to your spotless home away from home. You will enjoy the master suite with king bed, 32 inch LCD/DVD flat screen television, deep soaking tub and large stand up shower and a second full bathroom for additional guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line stainless appliances, granite counter tops with bar seating (and dining table seating), and all the essentials for cooking dinner or entertaining friends. New this year is a large gas BBQ grill located on the deck by the outdoor pool.
The living room has a cozy gas fireplace, a queen size sofa bed and a new 42 inch LCD/DVD flat screen television with a wide variety of channels, movies, videos, DVD's, etc.. Complimentary high speed wireless internet (WiFi) is available throughout The Lodge. Large sliding glass doors open onto a balcony with views of the slopes and down valley to town--a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine on a warm, sunny afternoon after a day on the slopes!
Everyone loves the convenience of the full-size washer and dryer, complete with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. An in-room safe is provided for laptop computers and other valuables. The underground parking garage is secure, heated and offers elevator access to all floors of The Lodge.
The Lodge provides complimentary ski valet and bicycle storage after a day of skiing or biking. From there you can sip a cocktail at Trackers Bar and Lounge or a steaming cup of coffee at Camp 4 Coffee--both are located on the first floor of The Lodge. Other options include relaxing in the heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna or catching a quick workout in the Fitness Center, fully equipped with Life Fitness exercise equipment, flat screen televisions, lockers, showers and changing area.

About: My husband Bill and I are long time residents of Crested Butte (41 and 31 years respectively!) and obviously we love living here and all that Crested Butte has to offer. We are avid skiers and golfers...Bill is retired and I am a full time realtor who really enjoys meeting new people who fall in love with Crested Butte just as we did!
Why Mt. Crested Butte:
We purchased our Lodge at Mountaineer Square condo because we loved the ski-in/ski-out location and all the amenities it has to offer. Someday we will become part time residents of Crested Butte and we wanted a place to live several months of the year that had a great location, on sight management, elevators, secure parking etc, and we settled on Mountaineer Square. We recently spent several weeks in our unit #215 while we remodeled the kitchen of our Skyland townhouse and we had a great stay! The staff was wonderful and we enjoyed all the amenities, which made us realize how nice it will be to have #215 as a second home someday.
