Fantastic Oceanview Beach home on TYBEE Island!! Home is considered an upside down house! The master Bedroom and living quarters are on the upper level (elevator in home) to maximize your views of the water! Can see the Atlantic Ocean and the backriver from several locations in the home!
This beach home has been completely remodeled in 2011 and has many fabulous features: new lighted pool (heat available at additional cost), elevator, 3 large wrap around porches with seating and dining, tvs in every room, wifi available, gorgeous wood floors and more!
There are 3 bedrooms in home. Main floor is a one bedroom with a King size bed with private bath. Middle floor has a bedroom with King size bed and private bath and also a large room with 2 Queen beds and a futon with large bath. This room also has access to porch.
Location is on south end of island making it easy to walk to pier, shopping, restaurants and museum.

Wonderful vacation property. The home was spacious, clean and updated. Great home to vacation with family or friends. Each bedroom offers it's own private bath. We had our choice of the beach or the private pool.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We spent a week with my family and had a wonderful time. The accomodations, inclusive of the pool on the property, were absolutely perfect for our vacation needs. It is also conveniently located to the beach, within walking distance. I highly recommend this vacation property and intend to rent again in 2012!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We found Tybee island when looking at the Savannah area. We love the history associated with Savannahand Tybee, while enjoying all of the water activities and restaurants the island has to offer!
