My wife, son, and I really enjoyed renting this home for a long weekend. Completely turnkey, great location, clean, well maintained, and well appointed. The owner was also super easy to deal with and bent over backwards to be helpful. My son in particular enjoyed playing with all the toys in the finished basement. I would definitely recommend staying here--you will not be disappointed!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

The house is very well located south of the highway, 5 min drive to the town beach or to the shopping on Main Street and 4 blocks from the Waldbaums supermarket. There is a nice Farmer’s market on Saturday mornings behind the fire house/Waldbaums supermarket (about 20 stands). The house has been renovated with great taste. It is immaculate and spacious, quiet and fully detached. It has a wonderful bright living room/dining room open to the garden/patio, with an open kitchen fully renovated with state-of-the-art appliances. The furniture is new, comfortable and modern (including firm mattresses). The garden is wonderful, perfect for kids and/or dogs to run around. Cars can be parked n front of the house in the large driveway. All the linens (bath, kitchen, beds) are provided and excellent quality. Best surprises for my daughter were the boat bed and the wonderful playroom in the basement. Last but not least, the owner of the house is really nice, always available to answer questions and very helpful. Thank you for the great time, we had a wonderful stay with our 2 small kids and we hope to come back soon!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+.
