  Thank you Stephanie we had a wonderful time at your condo. Just right there at the beach and all the room we had loved it. We will return we love that place and just can't say enough how close to the beach we where at. The hole family just loved it and all the extra supplies you had helped out alot.   Our stay was great! Your condo was just what we were looking for. Every aspect of property accurately described in the listing; like new, fully equipped, location, pet friendly, boat parking. Communication with owner was excellent and would highly recommend. Thanks again!

  My family had a reunion and we stayed at this unit and another unit owned by another member of the owner's family. Both units were great! This unit is right by the pool. The other unit is in another building but it is right across from the BBQ pits and is a short walk to the pool. Both units were well maintained, nicely decorated and well-stocked with the necessities such as kitchen utensils, pots and pans, towels, linens, pillows, etc. There is a washer and dryer inside each of these units, which is a great perk. The parking spaces are directly in front of each building so it is very easy to unload and re-pack your vehicle. The beach is within walking distance but we found it very easy to just get in the vehicle and drive to the beach (which is about a block away). We had previously stayed at a condo complex right on the beach, but our stay here was so much more convenient because we didn't have to carry all of our "beach stuff" across the soft sand. The inevitable sand in our car was easy to vacuum up. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again. Stephanie is very helpful and is easy to work with. She quickly responded to my many calls as I was planning this vacation. Our deposit was also refunded promptly. We will definitely be calling Stephanie again to stay at this unit (# 389025) and the other unit (# 414222).

  Very clean and new, plenty of towels and soaps. Nice flat-screen TVs in each room. Short walk to great beach. Nice size pool and hot tub on premises. Quiet area. Good for family vacation. I will return.

  This condo was beautiful, neat and very clean. It was right next to the pool which was perfect! Myself, husband and 2 kids had a wonderful time! Our miniature schnauzer had fun too! The listing describes the condo perfectly. The place is very well maintained and very cutely decorated. Stephanie was very helpful and patient eventhough I bugged her often for information on the area. She gave us lots of great ideas for having fun on the Island and in Corpus Christi. Corpus is very close about 20-25 minutes. We saw the Lexington and went to the Aquarium. We went to Port Aransas and had a great seafood lunch at Virginias while watching the dolphins. This place was so wonderful that we want to stay in it again! Soon!

  We found this place last minute and luckily they had 2 days open and it was so much better than the pictures show. The place was very clean and decorated beautifully. The condo was fully furnished as well as pots, pans, cups, plates, towels - including beach towels, beach chairs and everything else you need on vacation! it was right next to the pool - I could look out the kitchen window and see the kids swimming. It was just a short walk to the beach. We liked it so much we wanted to stay longer than 2 nights but it was already booked for the following days so Stephanie got us into another condo in the complex which belonged to her father in law and we stayed there for 2 more nights. They were equally nice but if I had to pick, the one we stayed in first was a little better. We will definitely stay there on our future beach trips.

  The place was great and super nice. We loved being able to walk from the beach in less than 5 minutes and also the great amenities that came along with it. The big tv in the loving room was also a nice way to unwind at re end of a long beach day. We'll be coming back the next time we want to go I the beach!!!

  The condo was beautifully decorated, roomy and extemely comfortable. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and love going to the beach. The owner was available to answer all my questions, even the last minute ones! Recommend Beach Day Spa, Scuttlebutt's and Padre Island Burger.

  We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. I have a big family and we also took our dog. First floor is very convenient , particularly if you have young children and a dog to take on walks. The pool is just next door and that was a major advantage. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were confortable. Kitchen was very complete, It even had extra salt, sugar packets and lots of cleaning supplies. The beach is one block away, whichwas perfect because we found a nice secluded area just within a 5 minute drive. I highly recomment this place.
