Our condo is beautifully renovated and is both oceanfront and beach front and just a few steps to the waters edge. The minute you arrive, you will know you are in for a treat. As you walk through our front door, the view of the ocean and beach are amazing. You will feel your cares slip away and feel island life taking control. The remodel of our condo includes high end finishes, and is ready for your arrival! This unit even offers your own private cabana. There is no need to ever wait for an elevator if you rent our condo! It is very easy to come and go to the beach or pool.
This 2 bedroom plus den/2bathroom has two master suites. There is a small sitting area with tv and queen sofa bed off of the second bedroom. Because both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, the condo is perfect for two couples and comfortably sleeps 4. We do use this condo ourselves. As a result, you will find our condo very clean, lovingly cared for and very well appointed.
Our master bed is a King bed. The second bedroom is a Queen bed. The pullout sofa is a Queen bed for which we provide a foam mattress topper and linens.
Our condo features a gourmet kitchen with all new appliances. There is a separate bar area which is perfect for mixing a drink or two if you are so inclined. There is a large lanai that is perfect for relaxing, enjoying the view, watching the waves and taking in the sounds of the ocean. Have you heard about the incredible sunsets that can be seen from the Marco Island beach? Check out the photo of the sunset as seen from the lanai. WOW. It is not uncommon to see a dolphin or two from the lanai.
You can spend hours sitting outside on the lanai. You can watch a movie, read a book or play a board game. We even provide recipe books if you feel like cooking. When you stay with us, we open our doors, invite you in and allow you to settle in and call Marco Island your home for the duration of your stay with us. We wouldn't have it any other way.
The condo comes equipped with high speed WIFI internet. We have a washer and dryer in our unit for your personal use. There are flat panel televisions with dvd players. For your viewing pleasure, we recently added a 42 INCH FLAT SCREEN TELEVISION in the tv room!! We offer an expanded cable television package and free long distance in the contiguous United States. There is a BBQ charcoal grill cooking area on site and also close to our condo. The kitchen is completely stocked. We provide beach gear such as chairs, cooler, beach cart (for comfortably taking your beach gear to the beach), and beach towels. We provide noodles for the pool. We also provide two tennis rackets and tennis balls for the enjoyment of our guests. The Somerset condo offers two pools and tennis courts.
The grounds of the Somerset building are award winning. The location of the condo building is close enough to be able to walk to restaurants, movie theatre and some shopping.
We take great pride in the manner in which we rent this property. We take pride in answering emails usually within a couple hours of receipt and always within 24 hours. If for some reason you do not hear from us in this time frame, chances are that we did not get the email. Please resend an inquiry email to us or else call. We are always happy to speak with prospective guests.
We provide books, movies, board games, cards and cd's for the use of our guests during their stay with us. We provide all linens, towels, beach towels, etc.
Please note: Kids are welcome! We have tried to furnish and stock our condo with safety in mind. However, our condo is not 100% childproof. We require that small children be supervised by an adult at all times while on the property.
