This gorgeous home is located 2-10 minutes from multiple top rated gold courses, beautiful Jupiter Beach/Inlet, world class shopping at The Gardens Mall and Gardens Downtown, Roger Dean Baseball Stadium, and the Abaco Town Center.
If the beach and ocean is your thing they call the waters off Jupiter, "Sailfish Alley". You can fish the Gulf stream all day and never lose sight of land. Jupiter offers top rated scuba diving locations all just outside the Jupiter Inlet located 5 minutes from the house.
If you like to "Shop 'till You Drop", there are 220 upscale shops at the Gardens Mall just a few minutes to the south. Downtown At The Gardens, a new mall around the corner boasts an even greater shopping experience with 100+ additional specialty shops.
For the golfers Jupiter offers an abundance of opportunities to meet your expectations. Close to Admirals Cove, Frenchman Reserves, Abaco and PGA National. They say there are more golf courses in Florida than any other state. It's no wonder Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods and Greg Norman choose to live within a 10-miles of my home!!
West Palm Beach is just 15 minutes to the south. City Place (more great shopping) and Clematis Street Night life awaits you. Just to the north is Stuart, Florida and is a quaint old town with lots of history. A 20 minuite drive to PGA Village in Port Saint Lucie. Disney World is 2 hours north with quick access to the turnpike from the house. Delray Beach is a simple half hour drive south. Another 100 Cafes, restaurants and specialty shops line this old town's Atlantic Avenue.
The eat-in Kitchen is brand new with the best upgrades: Granite counter tops, cherry cabniets, Stainless Steel Applicances, fully equipped, complete with a 32" television and breakfast buffet/island. If you like to grill there is a BBQ on the porch that is adjacent to the kitchen.
The enitre first floor has 18" cermaic tiles and includes a half bath if you choose to have guests.
Living room has all modern furinture and decor with a 10 person sofa with a 50" television, Bose surround sound with remote control fan and recessed lighting. For more entertainment there is Wii and a DVD player. Publix is just a 5 min walk for DVD rentals or grocery shopping.
Entire upstairs has upgraded Brazilian Cherry harwood floors and with all brushed nickel fixtures.
Master bedroom includes King Sized pillowtop bed, 2 large closets (one is walk-in), full bathroom and television with blue ray player.
Second Bedroom includes Queen Sized pillowtop bed with shared bathroom.
3rd bedroom can be an office but also has a converterable full-sized futon and shares a bathroom with the second bedroom.
In home gym, with full weight set, stability ball, medicine balls, stationary bike, and yoga mats with 28" flat screen TV and DVD for your workout videos.
