Our beautiful 4 bedroom home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Your family wil enjoy our HUGE solar-heated pool, and it's GATED for your kid's safety. The solar heating system also cools the pool during the summer! The backyard is totaly private, so forget about tan lines. The patio which is separated from the pool by the safety gate is very large, providing ample space for dining, entertaining, and relaxing (the hamock is our favorite spot...). There's a misting system for comfort in the summer. We provide a gas AND charcoal BBQ for discerning chefs. There's also a double-sized outdoor couch, TWO outdoor dining tables, and plenty of lounge seating around the pool. You'll enjoy beautiful Mountain Views as well.
You'll step in from the backyard into a spacious dining area and living room. The open floor plan allows guests in the kitchen and dining area to view the living room's 50' Plasma home theater system with DVR and movie channels such as HBO, Showtime, Starz, and a sports package. These channels are also in all of the bedrooms except the twin room. We love to entertain, and you will find the pantry VERY well stocked with indoor and outdoor cooking and servingware. We want your experience to be as wondeful as ours. Quality beds, linens, towels, furnishings, cookware, artwork and more, as well as a wonderful location, make this the ideal vacation property.
