  This is our second two-month stay in this wonderful condo. We enjoy all the comforts of home when we are here. The kitchen is so complete we can prepare all kinds of meals. It has extras such as a Forman Grill, Crockpot, waffle iron, coffee grinder and a great assortment of pots, pans and cassaroles and baking and muffin tins. We really enjoyed the new updated baths. The master has a jetted tub and walk in shower and is fully tiled (even the ceiling). The waist high vanities in both baths are awesome, and a lovely color of granite. We really enjoy sitting out on the gulf balconey for morning coffee and the front deck balconey each evening for the sunset. We had two months of beautiful full moons coming up over the water. The owners added a computer desk in the front bedroom while we were there. The signal reception for the internet is great from that location. Great idea. The living room is extremely comfortable. The large recliner was my husbands best friend! There are three flat screen TV's and this year they added Direct TV which was great to have. Just like home! We certainly recommend this condo to couples or family's. We will still be repeaters for years to come.

  We stayed in the condo "with the coolest door in the complex" according to my 10 year old. We brought our 3 boys to Padre for the 8th time and Suntide II for the first time. We will definitely return to both. This is an excellent condo for a family, particularly if you have teenagers. We actually had an extra bed and there were 5 of us. The place is spacious with great views, comfortable furnishings and well supplied for cooking and relaxing. While there's no washer and dryer in the unit they have them on every floor and it was no issue at all. The other comment is regarding the owners. They have a very experienced management company involved with the rental process but the owners are also extremely attentive, they care about your experience and they want to ensure you have a great stay. We encountered a minor AC problem and they had it resolved before I got back from the beach the same day. I have nothing but positive memories of our visit. I highly recommend this condo to anyone making a trip to South Padre!

  We have a family of 6, 4 boys and 2 adults :-) No one ever wants to share a bed so this place was perfect for us! Plenty of room, it felt like a home, not just a rental. It was quiet and so close to the beach! It looks exactly as it shows in the photos and there wasn't anything to be surprised by. Communication was prompt all the way around. We will definitely stay here again!!!

  We spent 10 days in this great condo. With three bedrooms and two baths, we had plenty of space for two adults and four teenagers. Early morning coffee and evening cocktails on the balcony gave me and my husband quiet time with a great view. The kids spent their days jumping between the pool, hot tub and the beach. We made day trips to Andy Bowie Park looking for shells and deep sea fishing for red snapper. Although we ate out occasionally, most of our meals were made in the well stocked kitchen. Our best meal while there was a half hog roasted on one of the charcoal grills provided on by the facility. We are looking forward to our next stay.

  I stayed at this condo with seven of my family members. It had plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably, and the fully stocked, spacious kitchen was excellent for preparing meals for a big group. (It also helped us saved money!) We liked the close proximity to restaurants, but a few times we bought seafood from the gulf and cooked it ourselves. The condo is right on the beach, and the deck has lovely views of the sunset. The condo has many amenities, such as a hot tub, pool and tennis courts, which my nieces and nephews enjoyed. Because we enjoyed this clean, well-maintained condo, a group of friends and I are planning to stay here in the future.

  We have vacationed at Suntide II in this condo unit for three different times. We are continually impressed with the owners committment to maintain a high quality, comfortable unit for their renters. The property is always clean and ready for us when we arrive. We enjoy the location of this unit as shopping, dining and recreational opportunities are within a short distance. We also enjoy walking on the beach, viewing the scenery from the balcony as well as enjoying many a beautiful sunset. We continually recommend this unit to our friends and family-it has all the comforts of home.
