  We stayed in the condo with another couple and it was perfect! Everything described in the listing was right on if not better. Condo was very clean and organized. Deck was lovely to spend time outside on. Owners where very easy to deal with. Would definitely come back again!

  We enjoyed our stay very much. We felt like we were staying in someones's well maintained home instead of a rental property. The furnishings were lovely and everything was very updated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed being right on the water. Plus it was great being just a couple of minutes drive from the beach. Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. We'll definitely choose to rent this property again the next time we are in the area.

  The condo was everything we were told and more. The owners have provided everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. We did a lot of fishing,golfing and sight seeing. Had coffee with the dolphins one morning while sitting on the deck. Will be back again next year!

  My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo on Padre Island. It was located only a few miles from Corpus Christi so there was easy access to everything: theatres, restaurants, and shopping. There are georgous views from the deck and I enjoyed watching the neighbors fish right from the dock. We couldn't have asked for a nice place to stay. It was squeeky-clean and contained everything that we needed right down to a corkscrew for our anniversary bottle of wine! Thank you for a great time.

  We had an awesome time. It was very clean and updated. Everything was in working order, no complaints. The kitchen was well stocked with everything. The fishing was great. We will be back sometime in the future.

  overall a great location and place to stay. About the only thing that needs to be addressed is the two recliner chairs need to be cleaned, they had an odor of sweat. also, we shut some of the AC vents downstairs to supply cooler air for the upstairs bedrooms which worked out just fine. The unit was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need or want, very quiet and peaceful....enjoyed it very much!

  This place had a great view and was very nice and well kept. It had everything we needed and was surprised how much stuff it had. From fishing poles, to dishes, and spices . You just to to look around and you will find everything you need . Ladies just don't forget your blow dryer . Other then that my family and I had a great time. The kids didn't want to leave they did live the view and fishing all night. We will be back next year .

  My family and I really enjoyed our time here! It was the perfect vacation rental for us! We really enjoyed the fishing, the amazing views, the swimming and cleanliness of the condo!! It had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and perfect. We would definitely rent this condo again!!!

  My family (my wife and 3 kids, 16 (boy), 13(girl), 12 (girl), vacationed at the townhouse. It was a great stay. We spent a lot of the time fishing off the dock. We caught at least 10 fish, mostly catfish, that were large enough to keep. The fish cleaning stand is a nice feature as well as the place to hand your fishing rod while you wait for a bite. That was the highlight. Otherwise, the townhouse was very clean and well maintaned, the location is great, safe and quiet. It was close to everything including shopping, restaurants and Bob Hall Pier where we spend a lot of time on the beach. We were so busy with other things that we never got a chance to enjoy the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with seasonings and all kinds of supplies unlike most rentals. Before shopping for kitchen supplies, first review the cabinets to see what is provided by the owners to avoid things that might already be there as we did. Most of all, the owners were quite responsive and cooperative. They responded to all of our emails and questions very promptly. We had questions weeks before we got there and throughout the stay and we can email responses promptly for each question. That personal attention is not available with commercial rentals. All in all, we higly recommend this place highly for a great vacation for relaxation or fishing.
