Black Bear Lodge is one of the newest condominium buildings in Mt. Crested Butte. The building is conveniently located directly across from the WestWall quad lift and on the shuttle bus route. We have a heated underground parking garage for year round comfort. The well appointed lobby has wifi internet access, games, tv with cable, and a locker room for ski storage. The patio has a hot tub and a gourmet gas grill.
Unit 201 is the only 2/2 in BBL which was completely customized during buildout. The unit has dark, rich South Texas Mesquite hardwoods with slate trim throughout. We have a custom kitchen with gourmet appliances, sink, and sandstone counter-tops.
The master bath has 2 spun glass sinks, custom slate counter-tops, a custom shower for 2 with 9 shower heads and steam. Master has large dresser, tv, queen bed.
