Have stayed at this property now 3 times, the first two were awesome. This time (no fault of owner) we had rain 3 days. One day we had 6". Everything in the home is wonderful, clean, and well maintained for a retal property. Pool was great. even with rain caught 2 great messes of fish for dinner (from the dock). Disadvantage is it's so quiet. HA!!! We only live 30 miles from property so a round trip only takes 1/8 tank of fuel.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, pet owners, families with young children.

Last week we rented this home to do some golfing and fishing. Nothing but rave reviews, Super Island,location,Home,People,Lots of room with none of the hassles of the Condo,Hotel,Motel scene, A must for anyone ,My wife and i in the past have traveled to world wide, Nothing out there better. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT

The house is AWESOME!!! Super clean, decorated wonderful, has everything you need plus lots of room for the boats with the corner lot & parking the trailers. The pool/spa area was the best. We've recommended it to all our friends so we probably won't be able to get our dates the next time we book it. The owners are wonderful to deal with and a pleasure to talk to.

This home is awesome! It is very neat and clean with plenty of space. The corner lot makes it great as it provides a lot of extra space in the canal. It is quaint and quiet and the fishing is even better than Boca Grande! We will definately be back! Thanks for letting us stay!

I am staying at this house now, it is paradise, the house is bueatiful and the heated pool and hot tub is out of this world I would recommend this house to anyone. Owners are a pleasue to do business with.
