Tranquil Tides Villa is a luxury villa that overlooks the water and sand.It is being offered at reasonable prices. It has panoramic views of Shoal Bay East, which is frequently voted the most beautiful beach in the world, and is known for the powder soft white sand and turquoise waters. The villa is gated with a security system and is a peaceful walk or short drive to Shoal Bay East beach ; less than 1/4 mile away. It highlights an oversized great room, which overlooks the ocean , and four large bedrooms, each with air conditioning, TV/DVD ,generous closets and ensuite bathrooms. There are two additional outdoor shower areas on the second floor .Designer furniture and linens abound . First and second floor decks offer spacious covered and uncovered areas with indoor and outdoor dinning options. The freshwater infinity pool and heated hot tub both overlook the ocean. Below the pool, you will find the newly built bocce court surrounded by oleander flowers. Fresh fruit trees, and an herb garden are yours to enjoy during your stay . The proximity to the white sands of Shoal Bay East and the wonderful restaurants and beach bars situated nearby makes for an ideal island location. An extensive DVD and book library are available for your use , as are numerous yard and beach games. Exercise room with TV/DVD is also available . Ocean breezes and turquoise waters , luxurious furnishings and surroundings, comfort and relaxation ,beautiful ocean views and sunsets, all await you. We have a quiet location , away from the current construction at zemi beach project .

Where do I start this Villa is amazing! Beautifully decorated,clean,well stocked kitchen for meal prep.The bar was fantastic beautiful glasses & dishes for entertaining. The pool is a perfect temp,sunny all day,hot tub fit all 8 of us. The beds were SO comfortable we all got up the next morning & the conversation was about how great the beds were. My favorite was the outdoor shower off the bedroom!! Workout room was a bonus was able to get some cardio in,brought some DVD s to complete workout. Hilda & Dora were great,funny,helpful & did a great job. We rent VRBO a lot & this was one of our favorite villas. Anguilla is a great place the beaches are gorgeous. Restaurants were unbelievable some of the greatest food,wine ever & we are food snobs/ gourmet cooks. Plan on Maderiaman's first night close & delicious. The chef game out to greet us. Straw Hat (need reservations) on the beach,amazing. Veya's had music the atmosphere is beautiful,great food. Dolce Vita, best Lasagna ever! Coba at Viceroy resort delicious everything & resort is beautiful. Had drinks after dinner at their outdoor bar with a DJ...people watching was great. Tasty's was really "Tasty". Go to Smokies for lunch & plan on staying to enjoy the beach. Villa has great beach chairs,but they had stacks of lounge chairs to use & umbrella. Grocery stores are good compared to most islands I've been to,hit the local stands for tomatoes etc. The people on the island were so nice too. Connie was so helpful prior to trip & always was quick to answer any questions I had. Considering Anguilla love the place. In fact we ended up flying our other son down on Tuesday from OSU it was syllabus week so light schedule. We loved the Villa & Anguilla so much wanted him to be with us. (Although he did just go to Madrid,Paris & Dublin a couple weeks before visiting all his friends studying abroad).Connie has my permission to give you my e-mail if you have any questions. Wish we could have stayed another week!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We are a professional couple with one adult son. After traveling throughout the Caribbean for many years ,we decided to build our vacation home on what we considered to be the best island ,one that has everything we enjoy in a beach vacation. We enjoy reading and have a large collection of quality books in our library, which we hope others will enjoy.
