  We spent a week in this condo in Savannah Shores community, and the condo is great! It accommodated our family of 3 adults and 3 children quite comfortably. The pictures and description are accurate, and the condo itself is very clean and nicely decorated. As others have mentioned, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware, so you can make meals right at the condo if you choose. There is also a full-capacity washer and dryer, which were a necessity for us after coming back from the beach. The master bedroom and the living room have very nice flat-screen TVs with cable. There are numerous attractions within a very short distance from the community. The beach is only a 3-5 min. drive, and there was always parking available right next to the beach. Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets are both a short drive away, as well as such popular attractions as the SkyWheel and numerous mini-golf courses. The owners were very accommodating, and always available when we called them before and during our stay. We greatly recommend this condo for your Myrtle Beach vacation!

  My wife and I booked a last minute trip to the beach in late July. After much searching I came across Gerald's condo. Everything was very nice and up to date. The pool was nice and it is only a very short trip to the beach. While there was a small problem (internet) upon arrival, Gerald was very accommodating and communicative. I would highly recommend.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  My wife, three kids and myself really enjoyed our stay in this Condo! The owners were extremely nice and easy to work with. The Gated Community itself was clean and well maintained. The Condo was very nice and clean and just right for us. Not to big not to small. Plenty of closet space for all our stuff. Having the full kitchen saved us a bunch of money with being able to eat in most days! And with a CVS and Kroger right up the street grocery shopping was easy. The kids loved the pool!! We went to the beach in the mornings and hit the pool in the afternoon. Of course we also enjoyed going to Myrtle Waves and eating at Mid-Evil Times :) We will definitely return again next summer!

  This condo was amazing. It was clean,close to everything that you needed,the pool was great,the property was very clean,the neighbors are really nice,this condo is everything that it is described in the listing and the price is great.We also have three kids they really enjoyed and didn't want to leave the condo or the pool. The most important thing that I liked was renting from the Razors, I talked to them at least 10 times to ask questions, they answered all of them and was very helpful thanks Razor family. You WILL NOT be disappointed with this choice trust me.

  This is an exceptionally nice condo, in a secure, gated-community, in Myrtle Beach. Everything in the condo is clean and in good condition. The owners were very helpful in obtaining anything extra that we needed. We sleept soundly on the new king-sized bed, in the very spacious bedroom. There was even room for our five kids on the pull-out sofas in the living and sun-rooms. There were ample closets and dressers for all of our things. Having the washer/dryer made it nice, so we could keep our clothes, swim suits and towels clean each day. The kitchen is beautiful, and comes equipt with all the essentials. It was also convenient having a good, working dishwasher. We enjoyed watching a variety of shows and dvds on the large-screen tv in the living room (there's also a smaller tv in the bedroom). The unit comes with central AC and ceiling fans that kept us quite comfortable. We never used the fireplace in the living room, since our stay was in July. Our kids loved going to the community pool (I think they enjoyed it more than the beach)! There are two new tennis courts, a small putting green, and a sand volleyball court next to the pool. We used one of the two gas grills, by the pool, for a few meals. We walked to nearby shopping areas, and there are plenty of restaurants close-by too. It's only about a 5-min. drive to Walmart for groceries (Kroger is only 1/4 mile away too). There are many residents who live in the community. We found everyone to be very friendly and hospitable. This is a great place to stay in Myrtle Beach; I would recommend it to anyone...young and old, single or with kids, something for everyone.

  we rented this condo for a week long stay in myrtle beach recently. we enjoyed the condo a lot. the decor was nice, very clean & updated. the condo complex was very quiet & relaxing. we look forward to renting again in the future & would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place.

  My family and I enjoyed this condo! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The outside pool was beautiful and inviting. The owner was very nice, and wonderful to to do bussiness with. I would definitely stay here again.

  My family and I loved our stay in this condo! The owners are so nice and have provided a wonderful place to stay while visiting North Myrtle Beach. It is located near everything and Savanna Shores is beautiful with a awesome pool! To say the least.....it is a wonderful place to stay!
