Twin Palms is perfect for a family or two couples. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Steps to the pool from the front door. A 3 minute drive to the beach.
Includes central air conditioning, all utilities, Wi Fi and cable. Twin Palms is a gated community, small and quiet with only 8 units. It includes 2 parking spots. Some types of pets allowed.
Twin Palms is a lovely condominium in an upsale neighbourhood which is a 3 minute drive to Cable Beach and Bahamar. The airport is only a 15 minute drive away. This condominium is 1,200 square feet and at a great price.
We can recommend a local car rental company for reaosnable prices. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk. You can take the local bus, Jitney, to downtown, Cable Beach and to Atlantis for the day. The condominium is just South of the local Cable Beach Golf Course. Try your luck at gambling at the close by The Crystal Palace Casino.
It includes 2 bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, it has an open concept main floor with powder room and the bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, the other bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a King bed. The pool is steps away from the front door. It includes all the comforts of home with central air conditioning, Wi Fi, cable with 2 TVs, DVD player and DVDs. The kitchen is large and well appointed with all small and large appliances. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and a clothes line available in the private, back patio. Of course there is a blender for making tropical drinks!
Shopping and restaurants on West Bay Street and Cable Beach are within minutes. You can enjoy the white, powdery sand of the public beach at Goodman's Bay and go jet skiing. You are also welcome to spend the day at The Sheraton Beach Resort which has an amazing sandy beach with crystal clear water and a reef for snorkelling. Enjoy their swim up pool bar, jacuzzis and beach restaurant for casual lunch and dinner. The local Fish Fry is a few miles down the road where you can enjoy local fare at low prices. Also, we will let you know of hidden, quiet beaches to get away from others.
A refundable $60 key depsoit is due with the payment. I will courier the keys to your home or office so you have them before leaving for Nassau. Total price for 1 week is $1,160 including refundable deposit. June sale price of only $995 including refundable key deposit. Then you must return them, at your expense, to obtain back your deposit. I am North of Toronto. A local cell phone is available for use for a refundable deposit of $60. This is optional. Payment accepted by Paypal, wires or e mails at your expense.
Long term rental of Twin Palms also available:
$1,500 for 2 weeks and 15% June sale applies.
